Good evening. We have some interesting updates for you. :)

First off: We are scheduled to Launch NetEnt on Thursday afternoon. :good:

We will also be going live with the extended options for the self setting deposit limits for players to be able to set their limits per day, per week, or per month. ;)

Furthermore, we will also be going live with flushing withdrawals. So players can request to flush their withdrawals by contacting our support on either live chat or email. :smile:

On another note, we would like to also inform you that we are now approved and licensed under the LGA Malta. :)

Adding NetEnt games to your portfolio is really cool , but adding such important options as withdrawal flushing and deposit limits is way more important in terms of player's protection and convenience! Kudos for the great job once again! :)

We would like to let you know that the new deposit limits options are now live.

Players can now choose to set their deposit limits for:

  • One day (24 hours)
  • One week (7 days)
  • One month (30 days)

This also applies for the wager and loss limits as well.

Furthermore, Flushing withdrawals is now also available. Players can now request to have their withdrawals flushed by contacting our support agents via either live chat or email. :)

On another note - unfortunately NetEnt has been delayed a little, and we are now expecting to go live tomorrow morning. 

So hang in there ;)

I have to say Lucas, and I hope you don't mind...

 

I tried depositing in your casino today, in your mobile casino as I always do got all the way through then it asks me to put in a confirmation SMS code which you have sent to my mobile phone. I don't play off a mobile phone I play off an iPad. I'm a verified customer who has made numerous deposits and withdrawals, I really don't expect such things to happen

 

It then says if I've changed my mobile number I have to contact support. I don't have access to my laptop or my mobile phone at the moment, to say I'm disappointed is an understatement

Deposit limits are an excellent tool. I respect all casinos who have offered this tool.

 

You should also mention that there are other tools in place at videoslots to enhance a players ability not to go overboard.

 

You also offer a very easy way for a player to exclude themselves. I respect that in a casino.

 

I myself used both your tools. I used the deposit limit and it worked perfectly.

 

I also used the self exclusion tool after losing a lot of money and not having any fun at all. I believe I was able to exclude for 10000 days.

 

More casinos should make it as easy to use these tools. Many don't. Happy to know that some casinos actually do make it easy for a player to have the tools that are needed when the player is not having any fun at all

Hey :) How are you doing? We been very busy preparing to launch new exciting additions to our casino. ;)

Though i'm still always available to assist with anyone's queries here, if there are any ofcourse. :)  I'm always glad to help out. 

In the meantime we're also setting up everything for the BAC. not sure you know but if i'm not mistaken our stands are neighbours :)
