    Once upon a time? Oh geeees...that must have been ages and ages ago...hahaha. :D

     

    Want some advice? Don't worry, I'm not from 'once upon a time' era...so my advice is pretty current! :D

    Stick with it. By that, I mean, stick with Neteller. Why?

    Let me tell you a story...my own story...a true story...no bluffing bluffing! ^_^

     

    Once upon a time...last year or so...hehehe...someone used my Neteller credit card details and used up a few thousands of my hard-earned money. Money earned through blood, sweat and tears. (That sounded nice doesn't it?...blood, sweat and tears...but naaah...not true! :D) Okay, okay...so...money earned from casinos, hahaha. They swiped me almost clean, leaving behind an amount that they probably couldn't use...$14 or so! Blardy thiefs...they think I could use $14??? :angry:

     

    My Neteller manager informed me of this, requested me to make a formal fraud report, using Neteller fraud claim form, downloadable from their website. So I did. He told me not to worry. They'll get the money back for me. Yeah right...like I believed him? Well...I should have!!! Because 4 months later, I got a big portion back into my Neteller. Another 3 months or so, all the lost money was recovered and returned into my account! I didn't have to do anything...just wait and play my games, hahaha.

     

    If it was another provider, other than Neteller...I really wouldn't know!

    So my advice to you, my dear AG member...stick with it and let it flow! ^_^

     

    I'm truly impressed by this story, really! It's still painful remembering the way they were dealing with me as customer when my account was blocked for still unknown reasons, but I guess it's good to know that Neteller solved such a big issue with a dear AG member like you. If only they were acting like this with ALL their customers...  B)

    As for Neteller, I guess it's basically the same everywhere...the higher your VIP level, the better they treat you! :D

    When I was still on bronze, I certainly didn't get any special treatment. On silver, my then-to-be manager kept reminding me that I haven't far to go to get to gold, so he kept urging me! Hahaha. Well, luckily my stars were shining ever so brightly during those times, and I made to gold very quickly!

     

    But now, my stars are nowhere to be seen...I'm on a snake now, as in snakes and ladders, and there's only 1 way to go...down! :(

    Hi folks, Guru is back at home again and ready for some action. :) 

     

    It wasn't anything special, Sharon, but couple of days with my family only was everything I needed. So, it was really mega awesome dedicating all my time to my son and his incredible ideas for playing! :D

     

    What about you guys? Had fun when Guru was away? :rolleyes:

    Awww...geeees...I'm already missing my small nephew so much...haven't seen him for over 2 months now.

    You had a lot of fun with your son...how I wish I could have lots of fun with my nephew too... :cray:...hopefully soon!

     

    With guru around...without guru around...my fun days are still a long way away...

    hmmm... as i remember the story with Dr Love was connected with msn messenger,so our Dr Love was giving advice :D  to vulnerable women :lol: God knows what kind of therapy he has transcribed,i can only imagine  :p
