I love my Master Neteller ,i can buy everything,use it everywhere and the fees are not that bad,as for skrill they dont have Skrill Card for my country ,so always was difficult for me,first i had to transfer my money to my bank account  and got them in 2-3 days  and with Neteller i have them right away

As i read Neteller only works at France and no other countries ,i think its something serious ,because it took them a while,pretty long time 5 hours maybe !
