I thought valleys was going to have a problem with this casino and his ID as they refused it and kept asking for his passport. I persevered and what a pleasant surprise it was to have an apology email off them and saying they had now accepted his ID and are processing his withdrawal. A breath of fresh air, restored my faith in them, thanks 777 Dragon

It seems that valleys is getting a lot of a 'hard time' with this ID issue, constantly popping up and up again. I can even see a few complaints based on this issue submitted by him at the complaints section. Wouldn't be better (and easier as well) if you manage to change or sort out this ID or something, I don't know?!It's just too many issues connected with it, and sooner or later you'll stumble upon an operator who won't pay, you know that, don't ya?

How does he close complaint for 777? But thanks to AG he managed to get £300 I think it was from exclusive bet ...after complaint...so its proof that this site really does help

I have now received my funds, and again want to thank 777 dragon and AG for allowing the facility to raise a complaint.

 

Thanks to the staff at 777 dragon for their patience in this matter because I know the UK government have not done enough to raise awareness of this ID card, so I appreciate you taking the time to look into it for me,
