Secondly, yes that's how the screenshots are required to be submitted. However, if you can also include the screenshot of the final free spin that shows the total winning amount in the RED BOX above the reels. Look at the other submitted screenshots to understand better.

Thirdly, kindly also indicate your winning multiplier (total win 1192/ 2.00 bet = 596x) for easy reference.

Because you cant see the multipliers. This is the providers fault not the players.

It clearly shows its the "Max win". The bet size and total win are clearly visible too. The whole reason why @cocopop3011 said a screenshot should look a certain way" was to stop people from cheating. If the screen shows Maxwin on a win of 2000, its only possible on a 20 cent bet. So @ales200 hasnt cheated here.
