    Has anyone deposited at this casino yet? I made the mistake of playing here yesterday. I deposited £25 and received their 100% match. What a wast of time it was...they had a good selection of slots I thought at first but I was a bit hasty depositing really because I discovered then they didn't have Space Wars and I couldn't find Starburst either. It's weirded their search box for games didnt work and it seemed liked whatever section I was looking at they All seemed to have the same slots.

    My money went in no time I only done 25% of the wagering lol which shows how quick it went. Also u have to release your funds everytime u want to play a new slot ...this really annoyed me because I have a terrible memory and kept forgetting lol.

    They are offering certain countries €5 free no deposit (UK is not one of them) if u can give this a go first before depositing I was truly disappointed...never mind onto the next one

    And what to say. Casino Sieger is a complete joke! :angry:

     

    1)

    ...Casino Sieger will be overseen by the government of Costa Rica...

    First time I see such a funny explanation of the statement "Actually we are NOT regulated by anyone and we are going to do with you and your money, and your personal details and credit card numbers whatever we want to!"

    2) At least half of their internal links does not work properly!

    3) It is written that their welcome bonus is credited automatically, but it is NOT! You are supposed to tick on some box while depositing, which strangely never appear?!?

    4) Some wierd "Release funds" strategy which is put there with only one purpose - to bother players and probably to make them even more confused

    5) Shal I have to continue?... This is a typical rogue casino and I simply cannot imagine how it is possible to have NetEnt and Microgaming slots on board?! :huh:

     

    :excl: Stay away from casino Sieger at all cost! Definitely a BAD place for your money and personal information! You have been warned! :excl:

    I'm glad you agree. The whole release funds thing confused the ***** out of me, and every time I'd try loading a game I'd have to go back to release the funds.

     

    I'm worried now that because they have my personal details? Is there anything I can do to? Or should I be worried?

    Just be much more careful next time when joining a casino! As for your personal details, have you already sent them some? Like ID, driver license or credit card scans? I hope not, but even if you did it, it doesn't necessarily mean they will harm you in anyway! I am just over suspicious when the name of Costa Rica appears as a licensing regulatory, that's all. ;)

Obv I lost the 5 and thats why I made the deposit. The welcome bonus box was ticked automatically...I was not able to forget it :)

    I see the problematic with the release funds button, but you only seem to use it when you switch between game providers...when i keep playing netent slots then I didnt have to use it.

    The search is working, but when you try to chose the game you have been looking for, then it is not opening. i reported it to live support and they told me that the IT knows about it and are looking for a solution.

     

    I had a win and was able to request a payout even I didnt clear the welcome bonus. This was suprising, I didnt read that before. I received the payout within 72 hours which I didnt exspect that fast. But probably because it was not a huge amount.

    Thinking about all what is said here. I realized that I played many Costa Rican casino's as well. Never faced issues, In fact  - the only complaint filed about a casino so far was licensed in the UK AND in Malta!!!. Never received my winnings there - no respons - no reason. After few weeks I gave up. I do not care about a dime, lost 1000 euro with it, but they were simply not worth it to bother about. Never will get back there again.

     

    Now my experience is also good with costa rican casino's, or from alderney and even checked: still playing at Curacao's licensed based casino as well. I am a whale as they call me. I have friends in online gaming as well. And we have had discussions regarding licenses during nice wining and dining. Our conclusion: licensing is bull: it is about management and trust from and to a player.

     

    You can now even BUY licenses from malta for not too much money - so what is it worth?
     

    Not playing there but having such a harsh opinion seems prejudgemental for me. Not an open forum; aspecially not as an admin. Just wanting to have said this, as I do have good experiences with casino sieger so far. Not presented me as a whale of course over there, always a slow starter when it comes to a new casino. I need the first impression to be good, and get decent service even as a "smaller"player.

    They will probably see my swimming skills. So far so good, my opinion is always: do not judge what you have not tried.

    And yes; I am new to this forum, but I will share my opinion to each casino noted here ( allthough i have a restriction) and was tried by me.

    Thanks for your input .... I still don't like this casino. I don't know much about licences or anything like that personally but I know Valdes knows his stuff when it comes to that and I pretty much trust everything he says in that respect.

     

    We have plenty of discussions in other areas though so would love to see you and Henie in other parts of the from joining in

I never doubted in anyones opinion and am happy to be informed that detailed by people that know the business better than me.

     

    I am still a happy player at this casino and dont have any negative so far. The quality for me as a German, even if its a new place to play, never let me down so far. If I experience anything bad, then its my fault I deposited and of course will let you know here aswell. Just my 2 cents :)

     

    I tried to post in other topics but due to restrictions I had problems with my posts. That why I contacted Valdes personally ;)

    Ahmm, sorry but there's no need to use sharp tongue to keep anything, including but not limited to my "authority". I'm always one and the same my dear Luciana - strict, but fair...and awesome on top of it, of course. :p  But I simply do not like when someone (like the aforementioned guy/girl for example) is not the person, who he'she is pretending to be and is trying to act in a way, I would describe as "not quite sincere".

     

    By the way, it seems that I was right after all, our beloved Luckenvolved is long gone, almost right after his post here, in this topic. ;)

    Coming across these posts regarding the Sieger Casino
    I wonder are these comments outdated meanwhile maybe? Since a recent
    visit of mine last week I found a good looking platform actually. Not
    only could I find Starburst but also many other up to date games like
    South Park and Magic Portals there and a vast number of other games
    not found easily in that quantity and quality with online casinos
    elsewhere I'd say... Anyway more importantly I got my 100% bonus
    after, lucky me, receiving 5 euro for free to play with and the
    playing itself went down smoothly without hick-ups.


    All I need to find out about yet is pay-outs, but I
    will have to do some wagering and realize some winnings first to
    experience this aspect. So far so good for me.
