Hi everyone. I just have an issue with bitstarz regarding my account getting verified. I signed up and deposited funds straight away on Monday 12 of May before it got verified. I started playing and made some winnings and then decided to cashout. I sent in all the requested documents for verification and 3 days later i got an email asking for source of wealth which i provided in the next hour. After that I haven’t got any response for this. I texted support and told me they are waiting for a feedback from the verification’s department. Is there a way to know why it’s taking so long?

Hi and welcome to the forum. SOW may take a little longer to review I would give it 24 hours at least to give them chance to review everything. See if you hear back from them today. I wouldn’t worry with this casino you will hear back, just have a little patience if you can.

Hey it’s the next day in Australia still haven’t got a feedback can you guys please help I got 73k in withdraw and still not verified or anything

@cocopop3011Yea bro, I have sent my driver license passport bank statement and screenshot and proof of source for work and screenshot for deposit everytime I message them they say waiting for feedback from how the winnings came and the verification team I got 73.5k in withdrawal that’s been there for almost 11 days till now nothing has came

At the same time we're awaiting some information from the game provider regarding your game play. It was something they wanted to 
look into a bit further. I don't want to out too many personal details here out of respect of privacy (as I'm sure understand).

@OlleBitStarz Hey bro thank you for replying I really appreciate it so the verification team is all good documents all verified just waiting for the game play verification and I’ll get paid ? Just cause it’s been 11 days since I won, Also do you know when I’ll get the funds thank you again

If all is well from the provider you will get paid in minutes and the full amount at once if its Crypto or Bank Transfer.

E wallets have limits.

thank you guys for the help I really appreciate it I’ll wait for your updates also if you could get me a timeframe that will be perfect just cause it’s been almost 12 days
