I signed up and deposited funds straight away on Monday 12 of May before it got verified. I started playing and made some winnings and then decided to cashout. I sent in all the requested documents for verification and 3 days later i got an email asking for source of wealth which i provided in the next hour. After that I haven’t got any response for this. I texted support and told me they are waiting for a feedback from the verification’s department. Is there a way to know why it’s taking so long? Fiekie247 1 Quote

SOW may take a little longer to review I would give it 24 hours at least to give them chance to review everything. See if you hear back from them today.
