Casinos do not ask for any withdrawal tax as far as I know. They can only charge a withdrawal fee.

A withdrawal tax!? On an online casino!? Online casinos rarely charge fees unless it's the payment method of choice like Skrill or wire transfer and local casinos if the sum is huge!

In terms of the casino in itself, sorry but I've never played there. Hope you receive your cash out in one piece! $500 tax is either way too much for a fee or it's a scam tbh.

Sounds like one of those casinos where they mess with the RTP and scam people trying to cashout a 'profit' by charging extra fees
