I believe this is OJO?

They do that to me as well, I receive an email, when I actually go to Daily offers/Kickers, then nothing - If I chat to live agents, then maybe I am not eligible since its not in my kickers, now why is the email being sent? And they take forever to respond you know, can take a good few hours.

@pinnit2015 - You know what is the worst with CS

When they ask you to email support stating the issue, I mean really? Then why the Helll are you then here on live chat? Why cant you just inform the relevant support team about my query?  This really gets to me and frustrates me.

In certain situations live chat hosts are actually obliged to do that, you know, follow some internal policies and procedures.... 

But yeah, for the common issues they could always create a ticket from the chat session and forward the matter to the relevant department in charge, all that in a blink of an eye.

Maybe it's cos a lot of it is farmed out, I dunno. 

I've always thought, and not just casino wise, that customer support should be empowered (within limits/boundaries) to have a decent bit of leeway to make decisions - otherwise you simply rile people up.

To conclude - got the 50 but reckon they nerfed the RTP as it lasted for about 75 quids on Bonanza.

Do you have an account with them? I just logged in and then claimed them.

I made 2 deposits before, but havent in the last 3 months, maybe only for depositors or have had an account for a short while.

No, that was my first visit to their website...wanting to see more details on their games, offers and whatnots. Three attempts made and all three times got stuck after doing the capcha...so goodbye Caxino!

I visited their website again tonight but it simply won't let me view what games or providers they are having...it won't go beyond that stupid landing page!

Anyway, I checked the casino review section here and saw that Caxino hasn't got Playtech games...so no go for me.
