    Yes, I am kinda disappointed about it. I think, this way they don't have to spend more than €2500. Think before you act, Playamo did the other way around.

    Well after this I will definitely be more cautious to their emails, this was upsetting.

    Unfortunately, this wasn't their first mistake, it's actually the third mistake they made this month. Before this, I made a deposit and used RELOAD as promo code which will grant me 50% deposit bonus and 100 free spins but instead, I only get the 50% deposit bonus because they added the wrong bonus to my account. I contacted live chat and that person was plain rude and wanted to cut the free spins in half by offering me 50 free spins instead hahaha, I couldn't help it but I had to laugh. Of course I declined the offer, I will get what I entitled to I and managed to trick him and doubled the worth of the free spins instead. I loved this casino but they managed to turn that around in a very short time.
