SKILL ON NET - WORST LIVE HELP EVER!!!!

I have to see if anyone agrees with me on this but trying to get through the staff at any Skill On Net casino, especially in the night and early hours is like speaking to a brick wall...in fact I think I'd get more common sense out of the brick wall. Lol. It's that bad I actually find it really funny...does anyone else agree???
