Ask Gamblers did their job - Casino did not respond

I've tried for almost 2 years to get a withdrawal payment from 99 Slot Machines of $259.01.      I contacted  "Ask Gamblers" who tried to contact 99 Slot Machines and found the Live Chat unprofessional and not a help at all. 99 Slot Machines did not respond to "Ask Gamblers" inquisitions. I'm at a total loss, in more ways than one, on what to do now. Is there anyway to contact someone/someplace above this casino? Like a group, an ethical group, a commission or something like that that can help me resolve this? With all the time and effort I have put into trying to get something that is rightfully mine I should be charging them a fee.   Someone please show me the way to find help in collecting my winnings.       Please. Thank you.

I'm so sorry to hear you're having troubles with this casino, because they NEVER reply, neither on emails, neither to complaints!

In my opinion they are "roguest of the roguest"   

 

Take ValDes' advice, but I doubt they will bother even with higher instances. Don't want to discourage you, but they really seem not to give a damn

I made the same mistake with 99 Slot machines and a few of their sister/brother casinos.

 

They are always spamming and never paying, I have never read or heard of any1 cashing our successfully.

It doesn't matter how small or big the amount is! It is a matter of justice and principles after all and giving up on this case would just mean that you are saying to the casino "Go on, steal my money please. And have even more to give you"!

I could find better use of my time than trying to get what is rightfuly mine, but it's the principle of the thing. So many have given up and 99 Slot Machines continues to do as they please. If everyone kept up on it and didn't drop it, maybe they would start paying. I just don't understand how they can get away with this.
