Hello again Lucas, I have a question for you if I may?

 

I love video slots, as you know but I am a little confused with your bonus system at the moment. I've been offered a reload bonus of 100% as I have had before and taken up but I have never understood why it only gets released in 100% increments? I don't see where the incentive is? You get the bonus then you are restricted for a withdrawal until you have met the wagering of course but you don't really get any benefit from it as it comes over every £2 (on a 20 deposit). It just seems like a pointless bonus? But I'm thinking maybe I'm not looking at it in the right way?

 

I was wondering if you could explain it to me?

I here you are a helpful man....and I need some help please. I submitted my documents last night for verification via your mobile site and I have just had a reply saying my ID has not been verified. I'm not driving at the moment so I don't have a drivers licence and I don't have a passport so I uploaded my Government Issued ID card, as it states this as an acceptable form of ID on your site...but it was refused? This is my official ID card that I always use and is the only UK official form of ID that is issued by our Government to prove citizenship...so I'm wondering why it hasn't been approved? And was also wondering what u meant by Government ID then?

 

I would really appreciate any help if you could spare me a few minutes

Sure, so all you need to do is simply upload a scan of the back & front of your government issued ID Card, along side any other official document such as a bank statement in your name which is not more than 3 months old.

I sent them from the email address that is registered with my video slots account, I'll send them again from the emailing have registered on here.

Ill reply for valleys because he never will but he hasn't had any email from you Lucas??. What address did u reply to? To be honest he isn't bothered now they have messed him about so many times with his ID now that he has given up and spent the money he wanted to withdraw .... He sent off so many times and asked a reason why they wouldn't accept it but yet they still reject but fail to give him a reason. He was going to open a complaint on AskGamblers but I told him just to leave it but if you could find put why and email him again he would apprecieate it, (its ok I'm his fiancé) I'm a trusted member I wouldn't lie or anything lol

Lol no just because I live in the UK doesn't mean I have to have a passport they are optional. I've never flown out of this country so I have never had the need for one.

 

What I have provided is our Government Identity Card ... It doesn't matter Lucas I just won't play here. Thanks for helping anyway

Given that you have never flown out of the country and therefor haven't got a passport, then you could simply upload your government I.D. Card as you had done before, and it will be approved.

That's the thing I have already told them this but I just get a system reply back every time I submit my I'd saying its been rejected...no other comments? What dou suggest I do Lucas?
