We Need Your Feedback - Player Tool

Hi,

We are developing a New Player Tool, were we show the Actual Payout Ratio each month per game and all time.

Now, since we have so many games, there will be some games which only a few people play - So these games will show an extreme high payout or an extreme low payout.

Example: If someone bets €20 and wins €0 in blackjack, then the payout ratio will be 0%, whilst if someone bets €40 and win €200 payout ratio will be 500%.

We will also be launching yet another new concept as an incentive to all players. - More info will be coming out soon.

So what do you think about showing all the games in this feature.. ie; Also showing the games which only have a few thousands of bets which will show an "extreme" high or low % payout which is still 100% accurate.?

Yes it is showing All Games and as soon as a player goes into the Game Payouts page he/she will see the % Payout of the TOP 10 Games which are most played.

 

Players can then choose which games to be shown by clicking on the "List By:" and there you can choose from:

• Most Played
• Least Played
• Highest Payouts
• Lowest Payouts

I believe this is a unique and special feature offered from Videoslots.com and we will continue on bringing more and more innovations to All Players!

Let me share my two cents about this tool then.

 

1. I'm curious to know what happened with the eCOGRA's audit from December for your casino? You've mentioned it was somehow wrong and promised to keep us updated, but it is March already and still nothing about this extremely important issue! On top of that I can't find any recent eCOGRA audits, the last one is from November 2012. Does it mean you are not using eCOGRA anymore or it is just some temporary problems? I hope you understand how important is for every gambler to be absolutely assured in the fairness and integrity of an online casino and when it comes to these two words, eCOGRA is what makes people feel safe and secure!

 

2. I must admit that your idea with this player RTP tool is cool, although it is not new and unknown and has been already implemented by several online casino from years. Anyway, I think you can slightly improve its usability by adding information like time basis on which the RTP stats are given for example. Because it would be much better for a player to know if the stats are on a monthly, on a weekly or on an overall basis. Another fantastic improvement would be to provide the number of spins and average bet on which the RTP was calculated, but I'm completely in aware that this is almost impossible and requires gigantic efforts and thus only mention it! But if you really want to make this tool one of a kind, the best possible solution would be to implement and built in this feature into every single game you are currently offering to your customers, instead of searching the particular game across this tool as it is now. So that once you open a game and it pops up in a new window, there should be another small window next to it stating latest RTP stats of that game and perhaps some ups and downs for the last periods like weeks or months. For example, when I open BDBA (I'm a huge fan of this slot) I would like to see its current RTP and how it was going in the last three months and in the last year. This would help me very much when considering what game to play, at what bet and how much to play on it!  

 

Sorry for torturing you with my questions Lucas, but as you can see, too many people here really count on my opinion when it comes to casinos, and thus I just could not afford giving them inaccurate, misleading or incomplete information!

Regarding the eCogra December audit we are also still waiting to hear back from them.  So as soon as we have a reply from eCogra on that, I will as have told you beforehand in the other thread, post an update in the forum. So you can rest your mind assured that I will keep my promise and keep you posted.
Also, Yes we are still using eCogra and there are no temporary problems whatsoever.  eCogra updates their reports every third month,  so you may check back in during the beginning of April for the reports of Jan ’13 – Mar ’13.

I completely fully understand the importance in assuring fairness and integrity in any online casino, and Videoslots is no exception of course. Those values are 2 fundamentals of which we have always stood by and will always embrace in building and providing a service that is constantly developing to achieve the greatest results for our customers.

Now regarding the player tool – I’m glad you like this feature in our casino and I agree it is a cool one too As to information like time basis on which the RTP stats are given is already there – ie; Once you’re in the Game Payouts page you will see the menu above the top 10 most played games where you can click on the arrow pointing downward in the “Period:” Box and any player may choose to see the stats per “month” or per “All Time” accordingly. Definitely agree with you that it is much better for a player to know if the stats are monthly etc. –That is in fact why we have done the option from where the player can choose the time “period” of the stats being shown.

As regard to your suggestion about the number of spins and average bet – we will take this into consideration.

Then to implement this feature into every single game page as you have described -  it is just another way of having the same feature throughout the site with the difference that if you go into a game and find this feature on the particular game that the player has gone into then, a player may find less better payout % on that particular game.

So that is why we think that it is better to have it on it’s own page which is found from our main menu and utilize this feature to its max capacity and find the best payouts available at the current time and then go for that game, instead of the other way round. With saying this, I do not exclude anything of this opinion, as this is also a matter of taste and preferences.

As it is now, you may go to the game payouts page write in the name of the game and you’ll be able to see its current RTP and you may also view its past RTP’s for the last 3 months too as well as in the last year.  And that is exactly what the aim of this game payout feature is – to help you when considering which game to play, at what bet and how much to play on it.

No worries ValDes, if I didn’t want to be of service and if I didn’t want to take the time to help out across the forums, I would have never made an account on any of them in the first place. hehe. So don’t worry about it mate. I’m here to help and assist anywhere I can within my abilities.

I think you didn't manage to get my idea as a whole,  but that's probably because of me, since I had to describe it better!   Anyway. I've checked yout tool carefully before giving my opinion and yes, I've noticed that you have search upon some time basis, but... But the point is that if I want to check let's say my favorite BDBA RTP for the last 3-4 month, first I have to select the period and then to search the game and all that I have to do as many times as the periods I would like to check! Because every time a new period is selected there is no way to keep the previously searched game and you just have to type its name again. That's because in this tool the leading value is RTP and not the game's name itself. And that's why I offered you to built in this feature into the pop up game's window. Not to mention that most of the gamblers I know (and I know many of them ) do not care about the RTP at all and will jump straight to their favorite games without even noticing the Game Payouts tab on your website! And if that tool is built in, at least they will have the chance to see it for a while and to decide whether paying it an attention or discard it in the very same second! You may also think of this as a brilliant example of what a "responsible gambling" means. something like "Every time you open a game to play, we give you the chance to see its RTP and thus to take the better decision"

Yes, I’ve understood your idea, and think that it is also a viable one. Though as I said, this then would be a matter of different tastes and opinions. Now with saying this, I’ve sent your whole suggestion to the management, and we will see if we will implement it in this way too or not. Although everything has to start somewhere, and we currently have it for all player’s disposition in the game payouts page.

 

I also agree with you in this being a very good example of responsible gambling.- that is yet another reason why Videoslots.com is very safe to play at and gives all its players the safe & best online casino experience.

I have to say Lucas, first sorry for replying to this so late, I've only just noticed your post.

 

Now this is just a personal opinion but for me I never even take any notice of the game payouts. One because I don't understand them lol and two when I have looked its normally a load of rubbish anyway. The slots that are played the most 'apparently' are ones I think are ***** so I'm always doubtful that they are right. But my main point is, I don't play games just because hey have a high payout or are popular, I will play a game based on whether or not I enjoy it, no what matter the payout ration thing is.

 

But on the flip side I do think there are a lot of people that do follow these things so for them it is a useful tool, as long as it provides accurate information.

You are definately right in saying that there are alot of people that do follow this information and that it is 100% accurate ofcourse. It is surely a useful tool and can be utilized in various ways when searching for the casino games that each and every player would like to play. Be it through Most Played or Least Played games and also from Highest & Lowest Payouts games.

Then again, as i might have said earlier in this thread, that as is everything else in life, that it all boils down to the different tastes, and opinions from different people around the globe.
