WOW! Valdes you are really awesome! I am new in this forum and you give me goose bumps on your Article! Thank you so much for finding this forum this gives me great information and could help me in my future for online playing! B)

Yeah, that's our Val and that's exactly why we all love him so much! :air_kiss: And all that reminds me we haven't tortured him lately with new questions, isn't it a real shame. Perhaps I gotta figure out a teaser job for you Val, otherwise you are going to be bored during holidays! :D

Oh no Blue! :) I know you are joking, but lets give ValDes a piece for holidays and a lot of time for his son :)

I thought you both were a team! :D

Anyway, don't worry girls, I am at your disposal at any time for anything, regarding gambling matters, of course. For the rest I belong to my family. And to my wife!;)

ValDes, you highly respected gambling guru, you wrote a very impressive piece here. Well done. :good:

I am affraid I am in need of your expertise.... It is about that part where you have to provide documents to proof your ID and a utility bill to establish / proof your adress. The ID part is not that hard, allthough I feel quiet uncomfortable sending private information to a overseas online casino. But now the utilitybill part.... often the casinos want a water- or powercompanybill, not older than 3 months. Well, where I live we don't get physical bills anymore. It is all digital. Just login to your account, and you can see your bill online. The only 'bills' we receive are a sort of overviews of the past year. How can I provide something that does not exist anymore? This problem could get very real for me the next couple of days. I won on a no deposit offer, now the casino asks for ID and bill. :(  I hope the casino accepts my alternative.

Hey Seat :)

YOur problem could be solved very easily. If you are using some kind of an online billing system you should be allowed to get some excerpt, right? Or otherwise you can just printscreen some of your online bills and send it to the casino security department. In general what the casino wants to see is your name and your address and a recent date in one place, that's all! ;)

I'm always ready to help, so please ask for anything that bothers you! :D

God I tend to say online gambling is for idiots. Sorry no offense meant but gambling even if it's for pleasure there is money involved and that's not a joke. I myself was a victim of a non paid 1500 euros by celtic casino. If you read all the complaints and still gamble online well you're then really intelligent. But I although do play online poker because it has got strict regulations in france and never had a problem withdrawing.

I like when other people call ValDes - Guru :)

Come on, ask Luciana why she likes it...Ahh, you don't know the answer?.....Let me tell you then.... Because she was the one, who started to call me the Guru and she had even changed my forum title!

And look at the both of us now! The perfect forum couple - a forum heroine plus a gambling guru!!! Ain't that sweet?! :drinks:

Hi char7777 and welcome to the AskGamblers forum! :)

What's stated here at AskGamblers reviews, is exactly what's written in the casino terms and conditions, regarding withdrawals:

Additional Withdrawal Terms:

  • Begado requires that a minimum withdrawal of $100.
  • Winnings can be cashed out at a maximum of $3,000 per withdrawal request.
  • Players can have only one withdrawal request at a time.
  • Where the winnings exceed this maximum, players simply need to submit multiple withdrawal requests.
  • Bank accounts must be open for international transactions to prevent any delay in receiving withdrawals.
