It looks like every spin from the free spins feature is logged, so he probably hit 4 early on and then one big 268 towards the end

Both wins are different for cvitst. Winning screenshot is $272.46, game log has $268.

Are you making the exception to accept? If so, it will be based on the win total of the winning screen.

different time shown for me while playing the game, and different time zone shown in history.

just spoke to casino support and they said "it is a process to search through your play history, and you have not yet wagered your bonus"....

The time difference is because of server. The players time and providers time is shown different in some cases. Playngo does the same thing too.

NOTE:

@cvitst's Punky HalloWin 542x winning screenshot is one more case whereby the winning amount in the screenshot does not match the winning amount in the game log/history - the two amounts out by $0.44.

I think and know that our @cocopop3011 will accept that screenshot for this contest, as usual, but imagine when everybody starts submitting screenshots of winning amounts that don't tally with the game log or bet history!

Really weird that this sort of small discrepancy should happen with the game log/bet history, which shouldn't happen at all!
