Aaaaaah...obviously our friend here...this Partyhum-hum guy...is not familiar with Playtech casinos!  :D

All Playtech casinos...EXCEPT OMNI Casino...will show pending withdrawals for more than 1 day...weekends excluded!!!  :D

 

What annoys me about this is that they haven't contacted me to tell me, yet they say they sent the email on the same day! But also I know that the picture is of perfect resolution! All my pictures always are!

Well darling...you will soon see why 'small little things' such as this doesn't make any of GGN casinos reach the top! :p 

I had the same annoying experience with my docs at Noble and 50 Stars casinos...

these docs people made me puke...not literally of course!  :D

you might laugh - i wethdrew once from 2 playtech sites - europacasino and casino tropez. it took about 3 days if i remember right.

 

the verification process was smooth. 

 

dont like playtech a lot these days. the games are just not tasty for me at the moment. ;-)

You know what I said to those guys when they rejected my docs at first?

 

I told them "every other blardy Playtech casino has accepted the very same documents...so why can't you GGN casinos??? You want to see my passport? I told you earlier on that I DON'T HAVE a valid passport now. So...accept those documents...or just CLOSE MY ACCOUNT PERMANENTLY!!!"

If they want my money...they have to listen to me...or I butt out!

If they tell me I can only play  WITH or WITHOUT BONUSES...as they did at City Tower Casino...I simply close my account! ^_^  

 

I choose where and how I want to play...if they push me, I simply go away!  :D

Exactly! Let's face it would you let a shopkeeper tell you how you can spend your money in a shop!? NOPE! Same thing with casinos! That's how I look at it anyway.

Your docs have not even been verified yet...if I'm not mistaken...and once it has...still another 4 or 5 days to wait!  :(

My driving license was verified shortly after I deposited they said my age wasn't verified so they needed that straight away. It's the utility bill I'm having problems with!

Whaaaat?  :huh:

Show them a photo of you and Jessica and ask them "do I look like I'm 16???" :rolleyes:  

 

I usually have a scanned copy of my latest utility bill and I would email this to any casino that requires it.

It's clearer than a photo...and usually they would accept this without any hassle...if it's still within 3 months period that is.

I am soooo pissed off of this Joy Casino they rejected my withdraw just because ,just listen to this stupid reason ......the last letter of my surname is different in my passport and the utility bill and the bizarre thing is that all my or ours utility bills are on Cyrillic letter and only the passport and ID are on Latin and Cyrillic letter .

 

I dont know why the bank have used that letter in Cyrillic,my surname ends with ВИЦ  and on my passport is ...VIKJ AND ...ВИЌ so anyone understand Cyrillic letter will know that people with surname as mine can be written with VIC,ВИKJ OR ВИЌ ,ВИЧ its all the same ....

 

and by the way they are runned by Russions and they should know better,but i guess they dont want to pay,but i will make an complaint as soon as i hear from them,because they said they will get back to me as as soon as possible... so will see what they will say :angry:

Guts,MrGreen,VeraJohn Casino,Next,Casino Luck,Betat,Slotty Vegas,VideoSlots,iGame ,Trada etc so they are the most reputable casinos,so they have accepted my documents not trouble at all and i have withdraw big amounts of money from them and this guys for 100 euros look what they are doing,simply unbelievable .....  :angry:

hey - how long is pending period? do they state that enormous timeframe in the t & c?

They let me know instantly if the withdrawal is processed and it takes 1-3 work days until they are in my account.

 

I guess Danish casinos are different from any other country. I use the same code as I do with my bank, so there is no need for verification, documents, whatsoever. Instant withdrawal, very nice :)

Yes so true hun  :angry: i just heard from them and i was told that everything will be ok,just to make another withdraw request.

 

They make payouts only in Monday,Wednesday and Friday :o so will see what will happen tomorrow ,will keep you updated  :rolleyes:

oooh... if thats the case they should return all busted deposits fromk tuesday, thursday, saturday and sunday. since its equal rights. ;-))))

waiting for a good-guy-casino wd since friday btw... annoying. ... very ... annoying... tiny amount - however its the gesture, the attitude that counts. :-(

So another update on my withdrawal

 

3rd document sent as you all know, went to live chat today they reckon this wasn't received either. 

 

So for the 4th time I sent my documents to the exact same email address and asked them to check for it straight away. As if by complete magic it arrived! So they now have it - I expect the next time I speak to them it will be low resolution again  :lol:
