Update on my withdrawal - Live Chat say that my utility bill was not accepted due to low resolution. Which I know to be complete nonsense! The photo is in fact perfect and taken from a high resolution iPad.

 

I can only assume the device they are receiving the image on is not up to scratch! Live Chat say they replied on the same day, however no email whatsoever received. 

 

So...I am to again send the picture tonight and will be contacting live chat again tomorrow!
