    Doesn't sound good at all...in terms of casino support.

    An epic casino like Saga should be epic in customer support too!  :p

     

    Yeah, great casino concept in general and bad performance in practice. Pity, could have been the best new addition for 2014... :(

    Okay ... So I have just been onto Live Help for Valleys.

     

    Been a slight delay due to the fact both me and valleys have an account - that's all been cleared up and here is the outcome

    I'm not surprised that the withdrawal wasn't processed today if I'm honest. I'm starting to get this vibe from them that they are going to mess us about a bit...latest responseimage.jpg

    Yesterday, I visited Club Gold, clicked on Live Chat, and my previous VIP Manager came online. When I keyed in my name, he was delighted to see me and we chatted for a bit. Same old people he said, but the system needed a lot of fine tuning. Won't be at top condition for a while yet he said. Anyway, he tipped me on how to login again from my old account, so I'm back at Club Gold. Not playing yet but keeping an eye on its promotions for any good offers.

     

    Maybe this explains why the delay Sharon. Things are still not smooth at Club Gold yet. Better late than never!  ^_^

    yep,as I remember Sharon was talking about casino Saga,well lets hope she will get the money in time,but I dont like when some casino,specialy  Netent ,having delayed payments  :aggressive:

    I was talking about Casino Saga - but My Club Gold withdrawal is also still pending.

     

    Just to confirm I'm waiting on £150 from Club Gold

    Valleys is waiting on 350Euros from Casino Saga

    Casino Saga withdrawal - PROCESSED!

     

    Thanks for everyones support and comments - and thanks to the casino too!

    I will keep you guys updated on how long it takes to get to my bank.

     

    P.s - still waiting on Club Gold withdrawal which is currently still in pending

    Wow - Withdrawal from Casino Saga processed yesterday MONEY IN VALLEYS BANK TODAY!

     

    And an apology email received from Casino Saga for the delay in processing the withdrawal!

    I knew i would like this casino,wish they add all countries,buut they are tight a...  :(
