The screen, It just stays stuck on the pragmatic play loading screen. Today is the third day. They say they are in contact with you. I don't understand how can it take so long. Snatch casino and iWild casino.

@Jelena_PragmaticPlay The Replay function does not show anything at all...just a blank empty log: This is also the same case as at Snatch Casino and a few others too.

When i play on Canada VPN the CD7Advance portal it does not load, if i play on Germany VPN it loads

Screenshot of replay allowed as long as game was played during the contest period.

With that said, you still need a game log  from game history however in this instance I suspect this replay was from a round before the contest.

it shows it was on 7th June, 2024 but who knows if it was with bonus buys. weird that the latest wins shows the 1728x as being the first on the list at 7:08:39 and then followed by two smaller wins 7:09:11 and 7:09:40 and then much later at 12:11:36. credit shows 0.00 eur. so it possible that this guy just had the win, cashed out, then found about this contest and went back to find the replay and take the screenshot from the replay and make his very first post on the forum.

Don't see anything wrong with @Hribii's hit. Win was on 7th June 2024. Posted it on same day. Casino is listed on AG. Bet history shows all latest hit above 10x in order of time.

I had around 18€ on my account and i play this game so there is no chance to buy a bonus. I got bonus on normal way. It was luck nothing else
