AskGamblers gives the reason for my complaint to a Neon54 theft that has not presented evidence

I was playing "Adventures Beyond Wonderland Live" with the maximum bet on "Magic Dice" and my browser freezes. I don't receive the prize. 

I file a complaint on AskGamblers providing all the evidence and they agree with Neon54 who have not provided anything! 

Friends of AskGamblers, I have also left them a rating on Facebook for your disastrous work. 

I’m in contact with Casino Regulador Curacao Antillephone License.

Hello and welcome to the forum, sorry it's not on better terms. I have just read your complaint, but there is not much I can do if we have received proof corresponding with the casino. Out of interest, what should the bet have paid out?

I don’t know the amount of the prize, but the bet was of 200€ in a 1-4999:1 multiplier.

Neon 54 gave me €200 as a bet and completely ignored me.

I don’t have respone of Playtech.

I thought you would help me recover my money that they blocked in my win, I'm not being abusive but it's very hard for me.
