rL87
Hi all I am waiting for a withdrawal from a casino after winning 30k. My concern is that I was able to proceed my max daily deposit of 1500 twice as first attempt seemed to fail so tried another card. - for some reason both were added so I had 3k in balance. In reaching the 30k winnings, I never used more than 1500 of my deposit, so maybe it would have stopped me anyway. But I am concerned that they might try to use it as an excuse not to payout Thoughts?
Firefly5
It sounds like a tricky situation, but if you managed your winnings without dipping into the second deposit, you might be in the clear. Most casinos have systems to track such discrepancies, so it’s worth raising the issue with customer support proactively to clarify and potentially rectify the situation before it becomes an issue with your withdrawal. Transparency about the mistake from your end could work in your favor, showing good faith. Just document your communications and keep records of your transactions and gameplay. If your gameplay didn't breach any terms and conditions, especially regarding deposit limits, you should have a strong case for receiving your winnings without issue. SP94
Personally I would not raise it. It’s not a problem until it is a problem. If you had lost it you probably wouldn’t get it back so just wait for the approval to come through. congrats on the win

rL87
I am still waiting for the withdrawal, I think the Easter holidays got in the way as only requested it on Thursday last week. I will update in a few days, I think I am just being over paranoid. cocopop3011
pinnit2015
There'll be no issue, as long as a decent casino - so, who is it? Fact u deposited more than ur limit - that's on them, you've breached no terms whatsoever

rL87
Site is called peachygames, I have had big pay outs in the past usually in a couple days. Still being told that they are waiting games provider to validate win - but it was in blackjack over many hours so I thought simple to verify. They say delay is due to Easter public holidays. Requested withdrawal on evening of 27th March so a week ago, but in that time was a weekend and 2 public holidays so I guess a delay to normal timelines makes sense. Hey, can we assume that this has all been sorted now?
Chronosed
It seems like casinos are trying to have their cake and eat it, too – enticing you to deposit more but then potentially clawing some of it back if you strike lucky. In my opinion, transparent and fair play are the golden reels of any online casino, even at Slot77, where I play. If a player wins, they should win – no ifs, ands, or buts. Maybe there's a way to structure bonuses and promotions so everyone wins? Just a thought.

Here at Slot77 (and let's be honest, anywhere else!), the thrill of a big win shouldn't be overshadowed by tricky terms and conditions.
