Do some casinos really refund losses to players?

I read an article that claims casinos sometimes can be forced to give refunds to players who have lost money if they can prove it was due to mental health. Is this true?

I am guessing it's a UK thing but I find it surprising because i think it is unfair to refund players their losses.

Hello and welcome to the forum!

I have seen cases where people have self-excluded and it's not worked and still been able deposit and been refunded, but I can't say I have seen any in these particular circumstances.

Yeah, Zen Casino refunded me +- € 160 after i saw they were considerd 'blacklisted' on belgian gaming commission's 'illegal casino' webpage and I mailed Zen that I was made aware of the fact Zen shouldn't have been open for Belgium, originating and having residency, players to register, left aside deposit money and would like it back before taking further steps/measures.

I'm in the same situation with Mystake.com at the moment.

What’s happened at Mystake? And how are they dealing with it?

So before I depart on my DESTROY 'SANTEDA INTERNATIONAL LIMITED' quest....I'd like to point some real easy facts to find about this group, their sheer criminal setups and a nice demand AG rechecks and re-reviews this group with at least some form of interest after been shown some links...and nothing more.

I have alot, but those are for filling my months to come with some justifying. gamingcommission.be/list-of-illegal-gambling-sites

So, Mystake is considered as being part of an online criminal gambling ring which uses cheatsoftware and has no valid license.

As do   goldenbet and rolletto

I used the referral links from their Casino review page:  goldenbet has no license markers although they speak of two....Rolletto has this

Cosmobet this and their latest creation Velobet.

If Belgians Gambling commission is to be held reliable, AG will receive renewal requests like a dozen casino's are doing at the moment....spending time in the NEW Casino list when they actually already exist a number of years but are getting nowhere thanks to Trustpilot....to be honest, AG is not helping.

Santeda is finished, but Onyxion is doing some real transparent actions when you look at the actions.

Onyxion being operator of one casino: Mystake.

Why Onyxion's Mystake can be reached .com, .bet, mystake-casino but still have this posted (there is no sub-affiliation) ... am I missing something or should the affiliate not know this?

I'm interested in your pov's, this only concerns 2 deposits; €95....& while browsing coming across links like this do support what I've seen and been responded I guess they'll never budge for nobody, on any of their sites...I want them offline a bit quicker.

Big words I know but gambling is dreaming big, betting big and and saying FU to big wannabe's!

In addition from Velobet, openly still accepting Belgium...whilst their answer is bullshit because Rolletto does it the way it should.

BTW they already know Velobet will be listed as illegal. Treat them with respect I'd say

These people refused me a refund when they charged me extra for currency conversion. There is no way these guys would give cashback.

It truly is mindboggling what you discover when you search two hours....I don't know how long AG spends per casino but if there's a group and there are already red flags how does Velobet get 7.9

I'm sure there are rules Coco and no bad intended but I grew up and live by the standard freedom of speech and respect my privacy.

I know I'm shitting on those two concepts by being a forum member here and better shouldn't but this is besides an old Linkedin account, the only social platform or how do they call the ''And I'm on Faceboob, X'ing twats about insta drug weighing scale websites while re-ddit about how to become a influenza provider *hopefully someone, you tubbed it for me* so I can use my soon to win €1000 voucher in Alexa's Amozonian woman for sale but not because we're 2024 and on our Megaways to Marzzz

EDIt: @ coco, by which I mean....I know, I can live with it but it's kinda sad when proving a point...I think answering in photo album style without writing one letter should be possible and fun.

You can screenshot anything from these sites and add them. Unfortunately we all have to follow the forum rules, even me. And if I let you post links, I get in trouble too. But like I said, please feel free to add any photos which is of course allowed.
