Hi, I'm a player from Spain. I have recently played at this casino. After passing the KYC and registering in mifinity. Only means of withdrawal that they offered me.

If they came to pay me some of my winnings. But currently I have been waiting a long time for others that are pending to pay me.
I have tried to contact the manager without success, I have also tried to speak to the licensee AntillePhone N.V. unsuccessfully.

Total pending amount 1391,11€.

I am desperate, I don't know who to turn to, I would greatly appreciate any help you can give me.

I would also like to denounce the attitude of this casino towards its players so that no one else sees themselves in my situation.


I have been playing in online casinos for many years and this is the first time something like this has happened to me.

This Spitfire Casino has gotten low ratings by certain casino reviewers, so it isn't a good place to play at in the first place.

It's a new casino no doubt, so a lot of teething issues can be expected, and what you're going through right now may be one of them. They are also one of many casinos that may require you to submit Source of Wealth (SoW) / Source of Funds (SoF) when and if required. All in all, there's nothing good about the casino as far as I'm concerned!

You also need to tell us first whether you played with Bonus money or not, and what kind of games you played (slots/table games/poker, etc). The size of your bets may also affect your issue here, cos if you're playing with big bets (eg over 10 EUR per spin), then the casino may scrutinise your account first, which may incur some extra waiting time on your side.

All of that and they could ask for SOF/SOW docs as well sounds like a dog riddled with fleas feel sorry for the OP being trapped in that mess .

I have not played with bonuses, I have passed the KYC. In fact, they have paid me some withdrawals. But suddenly they stopped doing it.
I have only played slots. And the highest bets I have made have been when buying bonuses in some games.

How did you find out about this casino? Has the casino mentioned any ADR in their terms?

I haven't broken any rules, they don't want to pay. In fact there are some complaints similar to mine on the next page.

What is the update on your withdrawal?

At no time have they told me that I have broken any rule. In fact, the last news I have is that my account is under investigation. But this sounds like an excuse for not paying.

Do you still have money in your account?

Is your cashout in pending?

If no then try cashing out small amounts like €300, then €300 and so on. If its in pending then let it stay in pending.

I have no money in the account, what I have are pending withdrawals and these cannot be cancelled.

Unfortunately the casino is not listed here so we cant do much about it.

Yes, I have registered a complaint. They tried to contact the casino and got no response. In fact there are other complaints similar to mine.
