Zencasino listed as illegal gambling site for players from Belgium

So,

This will "surely" become my first complaint, although I'm not betting on it.

It's all in the title and under my e-mail trying to settle this, STEP 1

It was shown to me that zencasino.com is listed as illegal gambling site for players originating and with residency in Belgium.

As Belgium is not mentioned in the Terms and Conditions, linked to from the Registration page where I had to click a button to confirm reading them +
the fact that on the same Registration page next to mobile number '+32' -Belgiums international country code- is prefilled, I was being misled, intentionally or not, to open an account, deposit and play with the best of intentions following the law and Zencasino's Terms & Conditions.
*personally i think intentionally if i look at all the facts I have in my posession, but I leave this to experts in the eventuality of a complaint being submitted.*

I like to direct your attention to point 4.5:
4.5. The Company does not permit accounts to be opened by, or make any deposits nor used from, customers located or domiciled in United States of America, France, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Turkey, Dutch West Indies and Curacao. This list of jurisdictions may be changed by the Company from time to time with or without notice. You agree that you are not allowed to open an account, nor attempt to use Your Account, if you are based in this (these) jurisdiction (-s) or if you are aware of illegality of such action in your residence jurisdiction.

With this information in mind and following the pre-complaint steps to be taken by myself in contact with Zencasino I want a total refund of my 3 deposits, total amount being € 160, a closure of my account being confirmed by Zencasino following details that came to light which restrict me from opening an account and
Zencasino from letting me open one + adding Belgium to point 4.5 of your Terms & Conditions & create a landing page like example in attachment.
