I came here looking for some support and I see a few of you have had the same network connection issues/errors I usually play with BitBetWin or bitplay in the ice4 platform and lately NONE of the EGT Playtech, VS, and a few other ones I can’t name off the top of my head will not load AT ALL and sadly NONE of the fishing games will load either is there any way to fix this?

Ok so no action with the previous issue and now this affecting 1k+ players : 

Timer reached zero then kept counting , casino investigated , and then simply cancelled the tournament players receiving zero . 

It's a shame really things were never like this shocking to be honest and I'm trying to work with them to get things back to the 

point where I can make people confident their in a safe environment but this .....just leaves me with doubts .

One they have been instructed, they stand firm and do not change, no matter what you say or argue.

Yeah, they have a forward facing presence, their chat responds quite quickly etc but it's a bit smoke and mirrors - always found them to be quite intransigent with a lot of issues. There's no wiggle room (unlike say Bitstarz who appear to judge 'issues' on a case by case approach), they find you guilty of Charge A: you're doing hard time.  I imagine if you work with them re formal complaints that would pan out the same. 

Even with other smaller issues i've found them quite hard work - i thought, last year or so ago, contacting them over a small, easy to fix issue would be resolved (basically we'd completed the 750 win trophy which would have gave a red wheel - it didn't even appear as an o/s one - basically a glitch their end) - 32 emails later....still wasn't fixed. Gave up the proverbial ghost.

At certain points scattered over the course of about 10 or so years there have been good times and bad with Videoslots I just don't know about them at the moment 

their still fast payers there's just stuff going on that just bugs me there at the moment like recently they decided to cough up the 25 spins they owed me from Odins 

gamble no email communication or anything just appeared in my account . 

Never though I'd say this about VIdeo but mate ....it did cross my mind to close up the account especially when that wheel reward got reduced and then there's the issue 

with RTP in malta that requirement is the same as the local casino's here in my country its like playing at the local pub and that's just from my perspective I know guys

prepared to make me jump through hoops with zero communication about the same issue with irawgaming software 

its quite simple guys a cookie wipe will not magically fix a software's code its a case of the currency not fixating properly 

which requires a code alteration no amount of cache wipes will do anything . 

 

It's just nuts the audacity and stupidity that's going on over there these days somebody needs a wakey wakey .

Ok your new around here so I'll actually be positive on this thread a little yes they have a few bells and whistles , yes they pay fast , and yes they have potential .

@Astaroth - I think it's time to give VS a break... That's what I did when I was fed up, feeling they do not give a shiit about me.

Again, as I said, they are very firm once they been instructed what to say or how to handle a situation they do not change their course. They stick to what they believe and do not care if you make $100k in deposits a year. Even when you use the AG complain system they do not care, they wil tell you F off and lay an official complaint with their relevant commission... 

The break was almost 2 years and another 1 year again. After that their shiity attitude and loyalty program did not bother me. 

I just decided to make smaller deposits compare to giving them on average $8k a year in deposits. This year alone I deposited around $100 at VS and about $400 at Mr Vegas and withdrew around 3k over last 3 months from them together after my last withdrawal as well as them telling me I cannot make deposits and only play tournaments.

Now I am faced with country restrictions and cannot play at them anymore

I won't say where but recently I was slowed down on Money Train 3 with them Error 400 Connection Issues was on a massive win streak hadn't seen the behavior until

All of this said there was a time When Videoslots were very special they had the loyalty department worked out and

what planet I'm on so much has changed over the years its shocking .

wolf out to do the killin and I'm looking for my money  .
