How bad is askgamblers and why Casinos dont credit AG Coin

why does askgamblers have a live chat support when there is no one actually live at anytime for support and why none of the casinos automatically credit the AG coin when we follow all the procedure to sign up for the casino to claim AG coin an example is Bitstarz casino, they asked me for a screenshot and where is see the AG coin promo as if they dont know anything about and despite providing all the prove AG coin was never credited to my account. attached is the recent chat i had with punt casino regarding ag coin, its really hilarious

Hello, and welcome to AskGamblers. 

First of all, sorry you are experiencing some issues, I can chase this for you don't worry. 

You mentioned it was BitStarz, but your screenshots are Punt Casino? But anyway, that's not really important. 

Did you follow the correct links on AG but using the red links and not the blue visit casino button?

Technical issues aside  Sanjalyn Askthegamblers aka A.G is one of the only places people can trust when it comes to helping 

the gambling community I know your new but coming in with an angle like that just sounds plain weird most are here to discuss 

constructive issues . 

 

I consider the manner on your approach to be rather distasteful and disrespectful not my call but this topic would be burned to cinders 

and you banned just saying if it was my call its not even Bitstarz I see two casino's in the tabs which are low rated casino's if your doing this 

after a having a few rums mix it with coke at least there will be some taste to it like what needs to happen with your posts .

I had an AG coin problem which was quite unpleasant.In a casino that Askgamblers says my country is accepted and I can get a bonus coin with a link to register to Askgamblers, but the casino denied me the bonus because my country was banned from all bonuses.

I had a similar issue at one casino whereby I could register and make deposits, but my country was prohibited from receiving any kind of bonus. I have since closed my account there. No point playing at any casino when you cannot receive anything free.

I also believe who you speak to about these issues matters. Live chat Agents do not know everything all the time.

But you guys are right country restrictions for bonuses is a big thing.

Guys, I think it’s really important that you contact me when you have AG Coin issues. We need to know when issues occur so we can fix it and make sure it doesn’t happened again. 
 

Maybe I will start a thread AG Coin related so you can share the issues there if you have any?

the topic, it will be really useful, because there we will be able to share other difficulties that we encountered when we registered, through a link on askgablers:)I didn't realize until two months ago that there are active people on the forum here...Maybe we would have known about each other two years ago when I met casinos that refused to give me AG coin....In such cases I delete my account in the casino and say hello to a new offer

I think it's a great idea. I haven't really had issues with AG coin, just once or twice I've experienced bonus restrictions due to country etc. And at this point I've claimed all AG coins I could, so looking forward to some new ones in the future!
