I have been trying for 3 weeks to make a withdrawal, 2 weeks of coming and going , requesting one additionl document after the next. All documents supplied. now it has been 6 days and I get told that my withdrawal was cancelled. All the support staff keep telling me that it has been escalated, but no funds after 3 weeks.

 

You can load money in minutes, but i havent been able to make awithdrawal

Hi and welcome to the forum. Sorry it took a while to approve your post I was off yesterday. 

I don't have an active casino rep for this casino at the moment. So, have your documents been approved?

First of all, if you see the casino review here (casino review section), Casoola (operated by Genesis) has been blacklisted by Askgamblers and has been very uncooperative to customers issues.

In your current case, can you elaborate a bit more of what game/s you had played, any bonus taken, placed bets on, the amount won, and the withdrawal amount made?

Since you've submitted all your documents for approval, I can assume that your account is a new one and not yet verified.

Also, there are several other casinos out there that use delaying tactics on withdrawals, dragging the approval for months, or even cancelling them suddenly, without giving proper reasons to the customers. These are very bad casinos to play at and should be avoided in the future.

A tip for when you play at Genesis Global

Verify your account before playing. It can take up to 48 hours but it's worth it.

The only casino I trust in the entire group is Casino Joy. They pay within 24 hours which is the fastest for me 

Casoola looks like a good outfit, but now I saw alot of bad reviews. However genesis does not treat their UK customers the same. 

Genesis Global and Skillonnet group pay UK punters within minutes after requesting a withdrawal but the rest of the world wait 24 to 48 hours

3 weeks I have been waiting for my withdrawal with no replies to my emails and they have disabled my live chat completely.

I did verify my account prior, buit 3 weeks now, no replies to my emails and they have also now disbaled the live chat coimpletely.

 

I have reported to this to the Malta Gaming Auothiry where theyhold their license. Its 35k!!!
