What? All withdrawals into my Skrill are free mate...only bank transfers out of Skrill cost me 5+ USD per transaction, but getting the money just seconds after! Bank transfers by casinos charge 2.5%, much more than what Skrill charges, so I won't pay a cent for such casino withdrawals. With Mirax, I had no other choice or way to get my money!

Can any company or establishment do monetary transactions free of charge? Of course not!

There are all kinds of expenses to be incurred by each company, including forex exchange fees, banking charges...there's simply no way of escaping from paying a company to do money transactions for you.

To me, $5+ USD, or 5 Quid, or whatever, is a very fair fee to pay for such reliable and trustworthy services. You may pay less fees using certain other ways, but they are actually not as reliable, nor trustworthy, and you'd be putting yourself and your money at a higher risk than necessary. Cheaper doesn't always mean 'better'...just like you choosing between buying a very cheap car against one that is a bit more expensive but reliable and safe!

I completely disagree with anyone who says that Skrill is charging way too much in fees...and they are certainly not like extorting your money!

Mirax Casino...now they are saying it's my local bank that needs 5-7 banking days to process the transaction...and that's yet one more BS from them! I know that my bank don't take more than 2 days max to process transactions!

More painful waiting time for me...GRRRRRRR 😡

When did they send it? Some banks here, including mine takes 3-5 days.

Well, 7 banking days have already passed...Mirax financial team cannot use 'your bank needs ... days to process the transaction' excuse anymore, so they're saying their financial team are now investigating all the transaction details.

I give them till end of this week to settle the payment issue, then I'd be using AGCCS for more assistance.

Feel like I've been dealing with a financial team consisting of school dropouts!

Is that 7 banking days not including the weekend? How odd it hasn't arrived. Of course Afi, please feel free to use AGCCS if you need it but I sincerely hope you won't need to and the funds will arrive soon.

On the 14th Nov, it has been 8 banking days and 12 total days that I've been waiting.

Maybe they're asking Santa Claus to deliver my money! 🤪

Now I'm REALLY piissed off with Mirax Casino!

After 14 days of waiting, they sent me a notification today that my withdrawal request has been cancelled. No blardy explanations given!

I had a long chat with their chat host (Richard), explaining one item at a time, why I cannot use Skrill for my withdrawal, and I even told him why the bank transfer transaction may have been rejected, hence cancelled (Malaysia banks do not accept any money transactions to or from gambling establishments).

After referring back to the financial team, Richard came back and asked me to make a fresh bank transfer withdrawal and I told him why I won't do it! I asked him to tell the financial team to convert my EUR winnings into USD so that I can withdraw it using Skrill.

He did that, so now, I have to wait yet again for an answer from that bunch of financial idiots!

I'm waiting for their decision to convert my 501.03 EUR winnings into an equivalent USD amount. Then only I can use Skrill to make a successful withdrawal, as in the case of my first successful withdrawal claim in USD at the casino earlier on.

The STUPID MIRAX TEAM has replied to my email and asked me to do a fresh bank transfer withdrawal!

They didn't even answer my question of "why can't you just convert my EUR winnings into USD so that I can make a withdrawal claim using Skrill?"

Are they so dumb, or simply cannot understand simple English???

Avoiding my questions and insisting that I make a fresh bank transfer...expecting me to wait another 16 days to get my money???

I wonder if these people have any education at all or not!!! I'm absolutely PIIISSED OFF now!!!

I'm fed up of waiting and getting stupid replies from them!

I will send an email to the casino rep but I can’t promise anything. Failing that, we may be looking at a complaint but let’s try this first. You’ll need to give him time to reply to me, I’ll update you when/if he does within a few hours.

Yes, it's my 2nd withdrawal.

The 1st withdrawal was made after I had won some money from my initial USD deposit to enter this competition. Withdrawal was using Skrill, was approved, and money received the next day.

The 2nd withdrawal was in EUR, the prize money that I had won from the same competition, but Skrill was not available for me to use as a withdrawal option, so I was asked to use Bank Transfer instead (I don't use any cryptos, don't have Mifinity, cannot use eCopayz either).

They found a technical error only after 16 days have passed...so how efficient are they in that???
