Partially agree. I thing woman (and in general "human") behaviour is more complex than that. I have heard and seen, even on movies and TV, nobody wants a perfect partner, and if you think about it, that may become simply boring. Just IMO, but of course, no doubt, to give attention, affection and appreciation to a woman is a must, but I almost sure, it is not enough to make her actually happy.
