Here are some questions to kick this off:

I will kick this off -

You're all going to hate me but I went with my trusty NetEnt again! I don't think there's any surprise there though. I was about to vote PNG - Shock I know since you all know my feelings on their games but there are a few games I enjoy that suit my volatility but when the crunch came, I hit NetEnt. Do I think they'll win? Nope!

I actually think Nolimit City could be in the running this year....

The only casino I could vote for in both categories was VideoSlots because of the UK restrictions so I gave them my vote since I have a long history with this casino 

Best New Slot - I would like to see PNG win it with Giganztoonz, you all know what I think of cluster pays but that is who I would like to see win this category

Best Casino - I think N1 Casino will be in the running for it this year! Little disappointed that we've gone another year without BitStarz getting a UK license so I can finally try them tbh.

not a fan of netent and their egg-timer slots, the only slots that I have profits on in the past few years from NetEnt are Divine Fortune Megaways (36% under peak) and Dazzle Me (48% under peak), Gonzo's Gold (43% under peak), Gun's N Roses (peak), Hall of Gods (peak), Magic Portals (44% under peak), Reel Rush (88% under peak), Robin Hood Shifting Riches (peak),  So out of 48 or so unique NetEnt slots,,, only 8 are in profit.... and not including EggOmatic that is also probably a loss. So with NetEnts you might (but usually not) start of strongly on some of them but gradually they will grind down and take whatever profit you made unless you leave them alone not play the same slot again.

I may have had huge profits on golden ticket 2 but that one game was not enough to choose PnG as best. I had to choose between push and elk. As push has given me huge wins while elk has helped me wager a lot.

Yeah because they highly volatile in general to be honest.

If you play Iron Dog studio games, you have to bonus buy, it plays worst then Nolimit and Push Gaming in the base game for me.

here's one of my memes from one of the contests that involves one of the best (1 Million Megaways BC) Iron Dog slots. I have tried some of their other slots such as Megaways Jack and Pirate Kingdom Megaways but they weren't doing it for me.

plays different for everyone then just like slots in general play different for different players.

So far in my 36 features (has averaged 177 spins).. never used bonus buys. the average of 177 has slowly been rising as I have played the slot. Made a graph of it for both the average xBet and average spins. But if you compare that to something like the brutal Beetlejuice Megaways (where I have had 12 bonuses, the average of that is a staggering 691 spins per bonus !) combine that with the average bonus win of only 94.74x...

after showing off that graph the slot turned so brutally cold for me and took from me a lot.

went 426 spins to get bonus #37 that only paid 32.6x and then took 952 spins to get bonus #38 that only paid 17.7x

avg number of spins to get bonus shot up to 204 and avg bonus xBet dropped to 237x

it's no fun when the slot's base game is around 50% or worse and then to get slapped with a bonus that pays well under 40x.

the honeymoon with this slot seems over for now and its giving me the cold shoulder.

who really knows. for now I will dabble with Golden Ticket 2 now and then trying to get that 500x grid clearance and have to avoid 1MMWBC for the next few weeks/months.

Only a very few old games can withstand the attrition, like my Magnificent Six for example, but also including games like Pimped and Holiday Season, which are still worth playing for as long as the playlines remain selectable.

here's another graph showing how many spins it took for each bonus. the purples indicate that the bonus paid 500x+, the yellows indicate that it paid 100x+, the greens indicate that it less than 100 spins, light pink 100-299, dark pink 300-499 spins, red 500+ spins (and paid less than 100x).

1 million brutal ways BC continued the cold run

yesterday it dropped the bonus after 17 spins (it had been 383 spins in total since previous bonus) and what did it pay? just 15.8x, then instead of leaving it right away I continued for another 404 spins, sesh RTP 43.91%, what is going on with this slot. the last 3 bonuses took 587 spins on average.... and now its gone on another 404 spin drought since then.

RTP in the last 3 sessions, 46.53%, 50.89%, 43.91%

last 3 bonuses paid, 32.6x, 17.7x, 15.8x....  each of those last 3 bonuses, only one reel was locked. no more going for a 2nd bonus during a session... if the bonus lands within 150 spins then stop there, in the past tho could get several bonuses in one session... last year I had as many as 6 bonuses in one session and several sessions with 3. Basically the problem now is that the bonuses are taking too many spins and then paying low.... whereas before even if I had some low paying bonuses I didn't have to wait on average 600 spins but well under 200.

took another shot at 1mmwbc.....

bonus on spin #19...... for my 40th LTD bonus.... paid 68.65x (had mammoth reel with sticky and reel 2 and 5 locked) the mammoth only locked on the last spin to give those extra 5 spins.. and reel 2 and 5 locked later There was potential but not this time. Multiplier reached x10 (last spin was dead)

then went for another bonus and 14 spins later it landed my 41st LTD bonus..... and paid 246.65x, this time locked reels 3, 5 and 7. multiplier was up to x16. (last spin was dead).

thats megaways, sometimes no features for hundreds of spins and then you get 2 bonuses in just 33 spins , but I am not really satisfied cause it could have been so much more.. thats megaways for you... so much potential.
