I already filed a complaint over 3 weeks ago by using AGCCS but Playerz is refusing to cooperate and pay the 7373€. I have sent all documentation for multiple times and even had to send all bank transfers for the last 3 months including Realestate deals etc. I have seen on other forums that other players have similar problems. Probably the Russian owners are in need of the money…

Noooo...... not this casino. It's a casino owned by Genesis brand. These guys are notorious for delaying payments. You might have to wait another 3 months for your payment. I can guarantee you that maximum number of AGCCS complaints are against this brand. You will have to show a lot of patience brother.

I've just had a look at your complaint, please for now allow the rest of the time that is left on the compliant to allow the casino to respond.

I understand this is frustrating as it has now been going on for far too long, but it is very important that you stay calm in this situation. Please allow the complaint to run its course and if it does not get resolved we can discuss your next moves.
