I am dealing with a casino. Might have to use AGCCS. Will update if anything goes out of hand. I am a pro in T&c knowledge thanks to AG.

what casino, are they not wanting to payout cause of breaking some bonus t&c ? sometimes if you play a slot that is on the restricted list or bet higher than allowed.

after reading the KYR, and being included in the list as being one of the "active regulars" I decided not to pull a blondie™ on this contest after all and joining the party late.

Now that's what I call a regular...an active regular! Not the 'here today gone tomorrow' kind, or the 'maybe, maybe not' kind either.

Active regulars are become a rare species here in the forum, for one reason or another, and I also would like my statue to be in Askgamblers Museum!

Wont name the casino yet but the live support said that he would add me a personal bonus of 50% up to $300 with reduced wager. If I deposit more than $600 wager 25x bonus and if I deposit more than $800 wager 20x bonus. I took the first offer. Deposited money and now the agent is missing. I cant play and if I do I have to wager 3 times plus come back again. So no gambling  for a while.

Yes. I always send chat transcript to my email. I think it was @ValDes who adviced me or was it @cocopop3011. To always take screenshot or transcript when you chat with agent.
