iWild casino

It's been a long time that I'm being pro-active what concerns a review / additional information about a casino but iWild's Live Chat / email support just makes me irritated today.

I've been a player at iWild for about 6 months, maybe longer and deposited € 1000's.

Now today I asked a simple question: play € 100 = 1 iCoin ... the VIP levels they use and the %'s ... how much money has to be played for 1% (like so many casino's mention).

Live Chat's answer: ''Unfortunately, we do not have this information. You can play and the level will rise.

You can get acquainted with all available information in your personal account and in the VIP section. Unfortunately, raising the level is considered automatic and we do not have this information.

Two days ago I began with € 1200, and played I guess € 2400 before the initial amount was gone.

I rose 3%, the Live chat answer did not satisfy me so I wrote an email and got the most standard reply possible:

You can track your VIP level in your account and all available information and available privileges for each level you can also find in the VIP section on our website. As soon as you gain the necessary experience to reach the next VIP level, your status will be upgraded. The column must be 100% filled, after which the VIP status information will be updated.

I thought wtf + phew and continued my day, addicted to gambling as I am ofcourse I decided to deposit and use the weekend reload bonus but before depositing read the terms once again:

So the weekend reload bonus: 50% bonus up to € 500 + 50 free spins; free spins are limited to € 100 max withdraw

The bonus limited to max 5 times (wager = 35x bonus + deposit) EXAMPLE: deposit €30, get €15 bonus ... I can withdraw max €75 after wagering, if I withdraw all other bonuses disappear.

And this count vice versa if you start with the free spins make €100 after 40x wagering FS winnings. ERrrr AHEUM!!

I got a promo in email with no specific terms attached,35% and 80 free spins on Buffalo King Megaways waiting for You!

when asked in Live chat if that promo doesn't have that max withdrawal x5 bonus amount coz no specific terms nowhere to be found I presume the terms on their https://iwildcasino.com/en/page/bonus-terms page count right????

Am I wrong ???? Prove to me that the email promo has the same terms as the promos with clear terms on your bonuses page....

Yes I would definitely say their standard bonus terms will apply to this bonus. I just checked our weekend bonus and we don't have those 5x   maximum withdrawal terms attached.  So I checked the casino which says 

1.2. Maximum possible withdrawal amount from no deposit bonuses received in the Bonus Shop: x5 of the amount of bonus or funds received from free spins (depends on the status of the account).

So it seems the rule is only for no deposit bonuses? So your 35% bonus should not have that term attached, but the free spins will have the 100eur max withdrawal attached.

Actually now I am reading the terms again and checking ours, it says in their terms and conditions that only the no deposit  have the 100 max withdrawal

1.1. Maximum possible withdrawal amount from the no deposit bonus: €100 / C$150 / A$150 / NZ$ 160 /   400 zł / R$500 / ₽6000 /  ¥14000 / 700 DKK / 1000 NOK .

12. The maximum allowed amount for withdrawal which has been won from casino bonus free spins is €100. If the withdrawal amount exceeds allowed amount, the player will receive €100 and rest will be charged from player’s in accordance with the bonus policy.

13. All winnings received while wagering Bonus are limited to a maximum cashout amount of 5 times bonus granted. Any exceeded balance will be voided prior to money withdrawal.

 

So €50 deposit needs €2625 wagering, only to be able to withdraw € 125 maximum. Deposit was €50 so real winnings from this offer are limited to € 75.

You can't take the FS in consideration, because you can't have two bonuses active at the same time.

If you wish to withdraw the first one, FS or Bonus, the other is removed.

I totally get where you're coming from. Dealing with unhelpful customer service can be frustrating, especially when you've been a loyal customer for months. It's disappointing that iWild's Live Chat and email support couldn't provide you with the information you were looking for about their VIP levels.
