Going to be no point in registering a complaint if you continue in playing your balance.  Hazard a guess it will be zero in no time as you have obviously  have no self control- no offence, just how i read it. 

They will pay you, they might be twats but they will

But its moot, as i can imagine the balance is gone by now

 

Register ur complaint and stop playing; it really is that simple.

In terns if AG's rating of slots - clear i  don't think they're good, in fact, some of the approved casinos are rubbish but its the same as any affiliate site - run with the money: pretty naive to think otherwise. 

 

So use ur your own judgement - jumpman are rubbish, so are genesis - go novibet/Mr Q

But we have no idea how this casino will respond to his complaint yet, with nothing registered against them and there should no reason not to accept his documents after seeing them myself, 

So, personally I wouldn’t let them win and play down my money I’d persevere with a complaint. The problem is the member seems to be having an issue submitting one and the one he did manage to he didn’t add add enough information 

Not defending them of course, but I think we should push to see how they react to this.

Okaaaay, so maybe you've already played there before you got stuck at Elf...understandable. 

Just tell them in writing you don't have a PayPal account, you did not deposit via PayPal, so what they're asking for is completely irrelevant. Anything else that they ask for, which you also don't have or use, tell them the same.

Sooner or later, they'll run out of things to ask you for!

If I were you, I would play the balance to try and get a bigger balance, or play it all off, then close the account. Saves you all the headaches!

Well mate, to be very honest with you, even the best rated casino in Askgamblers can be awful to some! I've come across several good rated casinos here, only to find them hopeless to me!

You can’t pay by mobile, PayPal, card and Apple Pay so surely you should only be submitting the one payment method you actually used….which is what?

If all the other players that are facing the same stupid delaying tactics could close their accounts too, then Jumpman casinos would close down in time too!

Such casinos do not deserve to exist at all...they are a pain in the 's'!

Exactly. I would have understood if your payment was being delayed but it was your verification. And UKGC casinos are strict with their process so the delay was understood.

Yeah right, blame it all on UKGC regulations when it is very obvious that the casino itself is purposely not approving the docs, which had been approved earlier on!!!

Then Hyena is also facing the same blardy KYC delaying tactics at another sister casino. Next, yet one more sister casino, then another, and another. 

Sorry, but I for one would never accept such nonsense and I would rather lose my existing balance trying to get a bigger win, or lose it all in trying, and have the satisfaction of closing my accounts at all their group casinos! That's my revenge...my vendetta back on them!

Yeah I do believe the casino was stalling, I seen his documents, I’m sure you all did before I had chance to hide them and there’s no reason why they shouldn’t be accepted. 

However, a little bit of patience from the member I do believe he would have eventually have got him his money. 
 

But hey, it’s done now and he can learn from it.
