I don't know I've never dealt with a casino company like this that makes it nearly impossible to withdraw money, some reviews say that they did eventually get paid out but it takes them weeks and lots of hassles with submitting ID over and over, re-uploading, lots of hoops to jump through.

I'm not trying to be negative here for you mate, but from what I've gathered so far, you did say that they have refunded your deposit or deposits back, right? 

The other question is probably more concerning the multiple accounts that you are having at the casino (pardon me if I'm mistaking this issue with another member's problem).

Where multiple accounts are concerned, the T&C's rule is specific enough, so getting your winnings is really not a hope at all, considering that they have refunded your deposit/s.

Once again, sorry if I'm on the wrong issue here...just lazy to read back from the beginning.

Very sorry Hyena74 mate, I was on the wrong issue...multiple accounts was another member's problem, not yours! 

Yours is purely the casino's delaying tactics...but why did they refund your deposits and not your winnings as well...that's a question as well.

no they haven't refunded anything,plus 2 days ago casino game a sister site of elfslots another jumpman casino said congratulations your account has now been verified, I tried to withdraw draw there and now they asking for the exact same things over again that I sent them to verify my account, this is really bizarre

Has the casino not replied to your emails at all? And are you still not able to upload a complaint?

If you keep your cool and patience I can’t see any reason why you won’t get your money, but acting impulsively and using your winnings is exactly what the casino want you to do so don’t give them the satisfaction.
