Videoslots seems to be gimping off a few euros every game i play in the live casino?

Hey guys, hope youre all well.

 

Not sure in which forum i needed to post this, sorry for that.

 

Im playing with VideoSlots and every time they seem to be gimping off a few euros off my account. See this screenshot i quickly made.

I bet €250.50 on ''big'' on fantan. I win €488.47 but only €486.04 gets added to my balance. And this isnt the first time this happens, every win i make in the live casino they seem to be gimping off a few cents up to a few euros a bet. Ive tried this a few times now and it keeps occurring. Bet €100 at baccarat on banker, banker wins, should pay €195 but less than €194 got added to the balance. Whats going on here and who else has got this problem? Support doesnt even understand my complaint i think, something has been raised but guess what - after a few days still no response.

Yes they are not stealing your funds, it is stored safely in your Vault which forms part of the My  Weekend Booster program as you can see below.

 

You can opt out of it if you don't want it and this would eliminate the problem you are facing. However it comes in very handy, when I am down, just to realize there is 10 or 20 bucks waiting on my vault for me, not that I high roll, but I am sure if you play bets exceeding 2 euro in slots or higher in live casino it can be of some form of benefit, when you least expect it.

Navigate to your weekend booster tab and click cash out and it will add all those winnings to your balance.

Luckily we don't have it here in the UK; i think it's a terrible concept tbh. Call me old fashioned but if i win 10 quid i expect to have, er, 10 quid in my balance. Pretty sure the penny pinchers will have worked out a % of their customer base,  say where someone has 15 quid in it (and lower than the w/d amount) will simply fritter it away; ergo making their 91% slots more like 88%
