Our News Team Needs Your Suggestions

Hey Guys

 

Having things on our site that are relevant to you is important to AG which is why the news department has reached out to me for your help! 

We want to know what you want to see in our news section. More importantly, they want to give you what you want (within reason, of course). 

We need to know what content you want to see: What would make you excited about checking our news section every day? This can be anything like:

• Industry news (e.g who’s teaming up with who, who’s releasing what, UKGC/MGA changes, etc)

• The latest promotions, tournaments, bonuses

• Exclusive bonuses

These are just examples of course. What I need though is your input, not mine! We want to make the news section somewhere that you look forward to going every day! 

Your answers will be taken seriously and the team will try everything they can to make them happen. Obviously, they can’t write about everything you suggest but they’ll try their best. 

 

Secondly 

What interviews would you want to see? Previously, we’ve interviewed CEOs, COOs etc, but now we want to get a bit deeper and bring you some industry meat!

So, who would you be interested in reading interviews with? Especially within the AG team? Would you like to read talks with the big bosses, the people who pick casinos and bonuses for you, Guru or someone from his team? Maybe AG designers? Or your favourite slot designers, maybe?

Anyone guys, you tell me! The AG team will read it, consider it, and try to make it happen for you!

To be very honest and very blunt, I hardly ever check the news section, much less to read the articles there!

Why? I find that whatever news that have been put forward have no importance to me!

News like UKGC making more stupid changes to their rules...it doesn't affect me at all, cos I cannot play at UKGC licensed casinos...thank God for that! News like Evolution taking over BTG...so what? I hate BTG games in the first place and I don't play them. News on latest Megaways games being/to be released...same again...completely useless to me. News about a player winning many thousands on a game or jackpot...do you really know how much they have actually lost before getting that big win? A very few would be damn lucky ones, no doubt, but all others would have lost tons of money trying to win big...that's the reality I don't ever want to get into!

I'm a slot player, yes, but I don't play games of Megaways, XWays, AllWays, WhateverWays...I only play on 20 or less lines games...nothing else would interest me. So yes, I'm an odd man out in every sense of a slot player, but I'm always interested in good bonuses with good amount of free spins attached...in fact, that's the ONLY news that would interest me!

Interviews with casino owners? They hide their secrets...would never reveal what we players really need to know...and they would always say their games are very fair and good. All BS! Whatever they say in their interviews would only go in one ear and out the next! Nah! Such interviews don't interest me at all.

So...what kind of news would I personally like to see and read about?

THE TRUTH!!! Streamers admitting that providers/casinos are paying them to do their live streams...those huge wins are all rigged for them to get easily. Providers/casinos admitting that their streamers are purely meant to make ignorant players believe that such huge wins can be won quite easily on the games. Providers admitting that new additional programs (besides the original algorithms) are being used in their servers for better revenues. Providers admitting that TRTPs nowadays are based on at least 15 billion spins, including TRTPs of the older games.

These are the kind of news that I want to see and read...the real truths behind those games...the hidden lies behind some of the features...things that casinos don't want us to know! 

Sorry guys...I guess I'm not in favour of the iGaming industry as it is right now. It has gone so horribly awful and absurd! My interest in my games have dwindled so much, so much so that I only play my very few favourite games as a hobby to kill time! Yes, I want to get the wins...but I would NEVER chase the big wins...mostly are all lies!

What about interviews with AG members Afi, it would be more AG focused rather than worn casinos, providers etc.

someone said it!!!!! If a new section of that kind of news is included in a future update I am putting on my anonymus mask and even make it a video! with a sense of humor always! :P 

Afi I feel you more than you can imagine...  Imagine that personally Most casinos I can play these days offer me slots with max bet 2euro and 1 spin permited every 3 seconds! I start usually getting sleepy before I land a bonus! :P

Yes, interviews with regular AG members would be of more interest to me! There have been a few of such interviews done before, but hardly any more since the last few years.

Some players seem to get huge wins with quite big bets fairly regularly...no names need to be mentioned, you know who I am referring to, hehehe...so such members telling us the real truths about their gambling and playing habits would interest me a lot. How much do they spend each month? How much have they lost so far? Can they really afford such losses? Are they really in control of their finances? These are all TRUE FACTS from REAL GAMBLERS...and such news are always CRUCIAL!!! Never mind those CEOs, COOs or Cows!

I think it would be more staff members, rather than Forum members

Also I forgot to add, that I do like reading about industry news I find it really interesting when not just the UKGC make changes but anyone, to see how the industry has changed over the years.

When it comes to CEO’s, tend to agree that they can be pretty mundane but would be super interested to read about any staff members of AG and how operations are run.

Also I have never heard about a provider being called up and action being taken against. I would like to know how so many casinos get pulled up but not the providers.

Like you mentioned I would want exclusive bonus and latest promotion and competition.

As far as interviews are concerned I would like you to take interviews of casino managers and also groups who operate casinos and especially  people who handed finances like deposit and payout.

Bonus offers hold no interest to be to be honest but that's because i've whittled my casinos down to 2/3 and don't have any plans of joining new ones (simply can't be arsed with KYC, SOW at unknowns). Whilst they don't float my boat, i do like Comps though and if i can, i normally take part across a few places. -tend to be good value IMO. 

News wise, aye: doesn't really matter if it's MGA as where one leads, the others (well, the good-ish) ones will tend to follow: eg. come 3 weeks it's bye bye autospin here (unless u go the route of a walkaround) Plus, they do affect players: if ten casino's are being hit with fines for SOW etc, rest assured if you've got an account with one of them, it's more likely so will you be. It can be a bit dry so some bullet points are normally the order of the day. 

Interviews with those involved in casinos is potentially good but i think you'd struggle to get them to talk about some things: likely to be quite tight lipped about somethings unfortunately. Should try and get someone from the GC to explain why they seem hellbent on devouring the hand that feeds them, though i imagine they struggle to spell casino, let along talk about them.  Or NLC as to why they've gone from, albeit still a creative force, to producing some horrid games recently (back to Tombstone guys, not that ***** ur sending out now)

I do like reading about new slots but i'd be nice to have a bit of insight into the games sheets ie. chances of 10000x, average bonus frequency: some providers are a bit more forthcoming with this info but for some it's like the Wizard behind the curtain.

When it comes to news, I do like to read about some of the most anticipated game releases- but really, the ones that stand out for one reason or another, not just re-skins of yet another megaways games. Exclusive bonuses and competitions are also something I enjoy reading about  Other than that, I also don't sign up to many new casinos unless there's something really special about them (great welcome bonus with good wagering, good loyalty program etc.)
