If I'm not mistaken, I got my docs approved quite easily, without any fuss, without any selfie requirement, but that was some 2 years ago I think. Hopefully it is still easy now.

I have one look at the leaderboard and that says it all for me!

The top 10 leaders have over 547,000 points, probably the top 100 are also having over 500,000 points. Can anyone believe in those scores??? I simply CANNOT!

Getting about 150,000 - 200,000 points is about the best that a 'normal' player can get...for around a 450th placing! Sheeeeesh!

I've had 14 attempts (9 via buying tickets), and best was attempt #8 with score of 68,300

I recovered all my spending on the tourney when I bought two legendary wheels for 6K each to get a 9K win (gain +3K) and 15K win (gain +9K).

so when I signed up to ST I used my first and last name initials. Gave them the correct date of birth, and there is no way to change it. you can change address tho. so when I sent them the KYC docs then I get this from those fools.

these dummies took 11 days to reply to my KYC. to tell me this ridiculous statement:

Unfortunately, the provided ID does not match your ST account’s first and/or last name details. This means that we will not be able to validate your account and reward your cash prizes as that would not be legal.
With your approval, I can delete your account and all its associated GDPR data, allowing you to create a new account correctly (Even with the same e-mail address) and that way you will be able to perform the KYC procedure and redeem any future wins.
Sadly, the winnings on the current account, if any, will be voided as they cannot be legally transferred to another account.

why don't these fools just change the first and last name. from the initials to full names. Like every proper site.

Imagine if this was over more than 10 euros and had been for example 300 or 600 euros. these fools would still tell me that they wouldn't let me get the money cause I had used initials when signing up? how many others out there got ripped off cause they used initials when signing up and these fools wouldn't change the initials to full names?

consider this had I won thousands in the world championship of slots tourney they had at end of the year, where top prize was 20K euros. and also other prizes were 5K, these fools would deny me those wins ? cause I used first name initials... and how many others used their first name initials and were denied wins.? cause they won't let people change the name details?

I got 188k coins, and I would lose that too if I changed to a new account ?

why can details of address and email address be changeable but not first and last name or DOB.

It's a standard practice everywhere bro, that's why it's required that you register the same name as in your ID every time, anywhere.

standard at actual casinos but this is a free to play site and they should have warned me when signing up that full name is required and not let me use just initials. and what about all the people that sign up and make a spelling error. you think its fair. they let you change your address and email but wont let you change the first and last name to adjust spelling error or change from initials. what kind of world are we living in that doesn't have this common sense.

Also, I don't think it's that Afi is sticking up for them at all, he was just stating a fact, that these are things that you can't usually change after you've registered. However, I can see why after seeing your ID they can’t just extend your initial to your actual name!

couple of things

1. when you set a slot to spin on autoplay and select that you want to skip screens....

there are some slots that will still stop on a feature and require me to click anywhere to continue. why?

for example: Lucky Lightning

now unless I use an autoclicker to click for me while I am away from the pc then I come back and find that the 250 spins are unfinished and in some cases there is not enough time to finish all of the as time will run out.

2. when you win a lootbox there are 3 cards to choose from but so often you click on a card that reveals a common or rare while a legendary avatar is seen but you don't get that legendary. The other day there was a legendary avatar Gold Pot. I would have taken that avatar but instead I got given some lame ordinary one.

there was this tourney a cash tourney today and a player that has ONLY played 24 tourneys. Joined March 1, 2022

gets 1st place and 75 euro prize. what?! insane luck, meanwhile it took me 1661 tourneys to get my first cash prize which was 10 eur.
