@Unitbet my wager on the 100% is always x25 the bonus amount, i think my ratio to finish wagering with Unibet bonuses is in the 80% range.

They get many of my deposits, and since Video Slots opened my account last month, I made over 2k in deposits there alone. I dont know what it is, for some reason I just deposit alot at VS, however most of my activities go to tournaments, although their Loyalty suck, I still like the benefits of the sit n go, Tuesday Madness, Friday Mysteries, Saturday Madness and other free rolls for some extra cash winnings.

had over 1800 quid to wager as i hit 70 quid in Book of Dead and managed to meet with Bonanza (base game was pretty good) and had 380 to spare

Bit old school/pie in the sky thinking re bonus's and terms - particularly if you've been a long standing member of a casino for years, they know you via your play.....offer them a bonus, cut the strings attached (like Unibet), let them play unhindered: a lot of the time folk will bust out: even if they don't, you'll probably get it back anyhow over the coming weeks - spend now (giving out bonus w/d's and as gamblers you'll get it back anyhow - unless it's someone who deposits at a site and never plays again)

Back on topic: VISA Direct, UK wise, is a major selling point: most casino's offer it now for w/d back to a card and if you don't have that you're at a major disadvantage.

Dunno about the RTP but lets be honest, most are heading south anyway so i won't say 'max' RTP as that isn't coming back 😉

The site design looks a lot better than the previous white one though (presuming the lag is fixed)

I've just visited their website, browsed through their Bonus Terms, and found one 'Bonus Abuse' item that I don't like at all...meaning, I cannot ever play my favourite Playtech and PlaynGo games with lesser than the max lines! Damn maaan...that's not good at all for me! 😡

  • Using limited lines within a slot when wagering a bonus to increase volatility,

Hello @Afi4wins and @cocopop3011,

Thanks for your feedback and we are actually reviewing this term to make it more accurate.

We are on it and will come back soon with a better approach because we understand that it can be confusing for genuine players.

Just logged in yesterday and now already receiving emails for tournaments etc on SM.

I think social platforms and apps are the worse! - If I talk to a friend on Whatsapp about Uber, Suddenly the Uber App or Ubereats App pops a notification with a 10% ride discount or 20% of my next meal  or if I ask anything about Uber on Facebook, when I log back in a Uber add is on my feed...🤣

@CharlesSM - I need another welcome package to start playing again - I would like to start playing again with a decent bonus. How about making my account eligible to claim the welcome package again - 100% plus 100 spins. I noticed E-wallets cannot claim this offer, but I am using Muchbetter - Which should be okay right?

If I can get that welcome package again - Ill make my deposit immediately

So what do you say?

Hello @Fiekie247,

A lot of messages, with a lot of interesting feedbacks, thanks for that 😉

1. Remember the bonus  will be different during your player journey and will adapt depending on your game play, but thanks for the exemple from Unibet.

2. The Tournament is the today promotion and that's why you did receive this email. Nothing related with re-targeting.

3. Yes the bonus money tab, on the bottom menu in mobile, is to see what games that allow playing with bonus founds. It will be remove soon and integrated in the filter as it's confusing for the players. But well spotted 😉

Exceptionally, a bonus has been credited to your account. Enjoy the casino and don't forget to share your experience and the friction that you may have found.

Hi @CharlesSM and warm welcome to the AskGamblers Forum. :)

So happy to see an acting Casino CEO getting his hands 'dirty' by taking over the marketing & research part and doing what I believe is the most relevant thing to do and namely - Ask Your Players Directly! No better, more honest, more straightforward and above all, more valuable source of precious info and advice than asking them directly what they like/hate/want. So kudos for doing that, really! :good:

I can see our forum gang has already 'unleashed their feedback fire' :D, but in case you need further assistance, pls don't hesitate to contact me or @cocopop3011, we'll be happy to help asap. :)

Hello @ValDes,

Thanks for your positive message and really happy to share our new approach with this forum.

It's important to understand what our customers are looking for but with Internet it's always complicated. Then I try to open completely the communication and share my passion to create the best environment for players.

It's not easy to manage a casino as there is a lot of different aspects to control (compliance, product, payment, fraud, AML, support,...),  but very happy to give entertainment to our clients and also some interesting wins 😉

Nice to see someone asking for feedback:

Firstly, when SM first came to the UK it was pretty good: you had a casino that, whilst having no loyalty scheme, had a good deal of offers that meant i chose to play with you guys, rather than 'Casino B' - seemed to strike the right balance between a semi biggish casino, but still had enough player focus (unlike Bet365 etc). You also had Ladylucks at the time i think. But then the drop - 100% to 50% etc i think - coupled with the lack of a loyalty

As Fiekie said though, the lag of the site was simply unacceptable though, even with the above. games should run smoothly - in todays era there's no excuse for laggy online casinos (pretty sure bandwidth costs are not that high.

Again, to copy and paste Fiekie - the withdrawal times were simply all over the place: sometimes 2 hours, but could be 2 days or 7 days (another quibble - when someone asks why the delay, it's really not good form to tell a punter 'staff shortages' - that isn't the customers concern, nor should it be)

Then - SOW - my account is now closed because even though, IIRC, i put through limited deposits (i'd say no more than 2.5k  (possibly lower) over 2 ish years and got asked for it. To put in context: Unibet (30k), Video Slots (25k) and Sky (22k) and some more...nothing. That's a no no for me: there is no justification, regulations or otherwise than warrant that (i asked customer support why 900 of deposits in one year warranted a SOW and they came back with some nonsensical response of 'we have to' - well, no, no you don't - that's just a lazy interpretation of the AML etc (if that was the case every casino i play at now would be breaching the UKGC/AML regulations)So it was bye bye to SM.

Disappointing because, like i said, you had the bones of a really good casino but personally, fell short before it really got started. Most casinos i play at now pay instantly (or within a few hours), have the same games, have high RTP (bar the odd dabble on VS) and i basically (as it's a buyers market) switch around depending on what i can squeeze out of my pound. We know offers/loyalty schemes are not mandated but a lot of the time they are the key factor in deciding whether to deposit in A and not B.

Customer support was always decent for issues - pleasant chaps who resolved issues quickly.

Backward looking i know but as i can't login it's the best i can go 🙂

Hello @pinnit2015,

Thanks for your post and your feedback.

Yes this is the issue that we had in the past but all of that has been resolved and you should not see them anymore. If this is the case do not hesitate to share that with us 😉

afaik they don't take the 96% versions, run PNG at 94% - which is now becoming, bar a few exceptional casinos, pretty much where the water is going to settle (Aspire take the 91% for example - uughhhhh)

Until casinos work out that they'll lose 70% of their customers if they down the RTP, that won't be made up via the increased return, that won't change (and won't happen re customer numbers 😁)

Should also have a splash page, like 21 Casino, where you can check the RTP just by hovering above the game rather than opening and checking help files etc

@CharlesSM

Its been 48 hours and still no feedback on whether my cell number has been updated. I remember you gave me a bonus, but I could not deposit with Much Better as my old number was on my profile and I asked for it to be updated. Please can you check this for me  as I cannot use Live Chat functionality at the moment.

Also Charles - Maybe you want to(if possible) assign a rep so we can update or add them to this thread for SM support directly if and when needed, that way you dont need to deal with these issues we posting in this thread -  Casino Rep Corner
