Please anyone $2,200 taken for 1 unintentional wager

Please guys I am gonna shorten this as much as possible. I got a bonus, made all the wager requirements and my passthrough was at $0, and my Withdrawable $ amount was equal to my balance at about $2,200.

My dog jumps into my lap where I am holding my phone playing and this occurs while I am changing my bet denom and it causes me to go up one bet amount from $6.50 to $12.50 and spin is pressed and what do you know it triggers a 15 spin bonus which the amounts being payed in the spins is what caught my eye as the spins brought in $390.00 so immediately I went to history wrote down the time etc and the total gained to my balance for the one accidental ,$12.50 bet was $402.50. 

I got instantly on live chat and told them what game, the amount gained and the whole dog causing nightmare. Well I state to them if they could just subtract the $402.50 from my balance, Me and my dog apologized at least 50 times. They say well one bet over the max $10 the $2,200 I still have AS THIS JUST HAPPENED THREE HOURS AGO. I have even avoided spinning one bet since this happened and still haven't. I have emailed their validation department because the 24/7 support phone # rings a few times then busy every time. I TRULY NEEDED THAT MONEY, I CANT SLEEP CAN ANYONE HELP ME.

What actually is your problem Kevronirone?

Have you tried making a withdrawal but the withdrawal was rejected, or is your account still hasn't been verified?

Your statement shows withdrawable amount : $2286.58, so all this amount should be withdrawable.

Agreeing with Afi here, have you tried withdrawing your winnings? For me it sounds like one of the sketchy old RTG casinos if they don't allow having a bet over the limit when the bonus wagering is completed.

I think its unfair for a few reasons there should be maximum bet protection in place that helps situations like this to avoided and also a once off mistake should be 

negotiable hmm tricky situation but also a good chance for the casino to engage and maybe come to the party "that we do care about simple mistakes and we are a nice

casino" it would be advantageous for them to do so .

Fair or unfair, when money matters the most, casinos simply would not implement 'unfavourable' tools that would work against them.

Casinos are not customer-services orientated, where customer comes first and customer is always right...they are purely money collection centres disguised as entertainment outlets, where customers are given almost no preferential at all!

Sure, casinos should be made to implement max bet controlling tools, so that customers do not make such mistakes, but it would also mean casinos would miss out on 'extra money gaining opportunities'...and that's a big "no! no!" to casinos.

Has life ever been fair? Has the law always been fair? So would casinos always be fair? No way bro!
