How do screenshot from neteller to my address? I ask cyty virtual casino

The front and back of the relevant Credit Card. Please note if you did not purchase with a Credit Card and used NETeller, Moneybookers/Skrill or any other e-wallet, you need to send in a print screen of the page showing your name and address as well as the account number.

It is bloody annoying but I had to do something like this for one of the Casino Rewards sites as well. I'll see if I can help you out. :)

 

First you need to get your account page open on Neteller where all your personal details (address, email, etc.) are listed, then hold down SHIFT and the PRTSC or Print Screen key on your keyboard at the same time. Load up something like MS Paint in Accessories on your computer, then press CTRL and V at the same time to paste it. Save the picture as a .jpg and email it to them.

 

I'm sorry if that wasn't a good explanation. Just let usknow if there was any part of that you didn't quite understand and maybe someone who can explain better can help. :)

Can someone advise me where to contact regarding the activity and it seeming odd.

I am sorry to hear about your issue but in my personal opinion it is realistic from Neteller to ask about your bank statement in order to prove your transaction.

 

I would suggest you to find e-mails you sent or received fro Neteller as well.

 

They asked you to provide as much detail's as possible.

 

I have 'similar' situatation with Skrill and it will be such a pain to try and return 300 euro from them.

 

I wish you luck and as per contact, you can request phone call anytime.

 

I used that option once my account got disabled so find on their website, its somewhere there.

I would also suggest you to cover your ID account, because I am sure you don't want someone to hack your account and try to make a transfer, that would be frustration. 

 

So make sure its not visible.

The last withdrawal I made from a casino, I got credited into my Neteller account. My bank account is verified, and I made a withdrawal 2 days ago. I know it can be 3-5 business days, and I am in the UK. What worries me is I have come across hundreds of bad reviews for Neteller on trustpilot etc. People are saying they are a scam! I have always used PayPal, this is the first time using my Neteller account. Can anyone shed some light on this, or if they are from the UK and have made successful withdrawals from Neteller into their bank account. Many thanks

Neteller can be trusted, obviously they will charge you like 13 pounds to wire the money to your bank account i think.

Let me assure you there is absolutely nothing to worry about, you are in safe hands with both Neteller and Skrill as they are both part of the same company - PaySafe Group Plc. They are also accredited by the Financial Conduct Authority - a well-known authority within the United Kingdom. 

 

What Fiekie said at the above post is quite true though, you may order your Net+ MasterCard and enjoy having your money on hand any time and anywhere. ;)

The neteller card cost you about 13GBP and will last 3 years before it expires. Which sounds like good. Instant access to money, withdrawal at any ATM world wide at a cost of $6 per withdrawal and swipe at restaurants or supermarkets are free as well as online purchases.

 

Now what more can you ask for? I mean wire to bank account can take up to 10 days at a cost of 12GBP every time you make a withdrawal.

Thanks for the reassuring info. I am happy now. I have already asked for withdrawal to my bank account which is verified. They said it will be between 3-5 U.K. Business days so I can live with that. Also great about the MasterCard! I have to say though I really love withdrawing to my PayPal and having the funds available in a matter of hours, I think they will always be my favourite. It's a shame not many casinos use them.

I've been on Trustpilot too when I had some problems with Skrill and in all fairness a lot of the complaint are related to support and if money has been taken unauthorized and skrill and neteller haven't handled it properly.

 

But in terms of how they handle your transactions I do agree with Valdes on that you are in safe hands. I stopped using skrill for gambling transactions due to some personal issues I had with them and that's the only reason why.

Just one piece of advice though Bee2121...NEVER leave any big amounts of cash in either your PayPal, Skrill, Neteller or whatever Card!

 

Hackers are everywhere...and they're constantly aiming for people who like to leave big amounts of cash lying in their card accounts...which makes them such sweet 'victims' for free money!

 

Don't ever think that PayPal, Skrill, Neteller, or any other e-wallet provider are fool-proof against hackers!!!
