Accused of Multiple Account at Spinia

Recommended Posts

This is a complete scam. They have stolen 3000 euro from me in winnings , which I tried to withdraw and over 1000 euro in deposits. They asked me to provide documents for verification upon my withdrawal request , which I did. After a few hours the request was cancelled and my account was reset . After I contacted the support they explained me that my account was closed and all the winnings taken , because upon their verification proccess they have found that I have a duplicate account (which I don't ) . This is an easy way to steal money from people - while you deposit thousands of euros - no problem , if you want to withdraw - you have a duplicate account , bye bye .
I am taking legal action against this casino , so if you are one of the scammed people - please contact me . I am planning to make a collective case against this company with all the people scammed by it

Hi and welcome to the forum!

I've changed your title for now, let's get to the bottom of things first. Are you absolutely sure you have not created an account before this one and just not forgetten? If you're absolutely sure you've not, have you requested proof of the casino that there is a duplicate account?

Think the multiple a/c terms are there to cover them but some approach it differently - eg i genuinely forgot i had an old Mr Green a/c, opened a new one up 4 years later and i got a call, after a 1k ish w/d, saying 'you've got two, we've processed the w/d but have just closed the first one down' - no fuss etc.

For genuine cases i do have some sympathy for players who get w/ds denied; particularly if the first a/c has no activity, they've been using the 2nd one exclusively and there's no doubling of bonus offers. And, especially if the details are the same, it should be picked up by their systems - if they allowed the bets then they should pay out etc - to keep the deposits and refuse the w/d's also appears to be having your cake and eating it, which doesn't sit that well

Folk will have had money denied due to 'malfunctions' being in the t's and c's and, whoops, wait, how did the Betfred case go? I think genuine cases re multiple a/cs would be found for the player, circumstances depending.

PS - a court case is going to cost way in excess of a 3k withdrawal.

Hello there @smihaylov1986 and welcome to the AskGamblers Forum.

For your information, we don't have a single AGCCS case so far against any of the Operators working under the N1 Interactive MGA license (Spinia included) where a complainant has been unfairly and/or unjustly accused of term/s breach.

Further, you have been duly advised to forward the matter in front of the MGA directly. That would save you thousands spent on hypothetical court case, simply because IF the regulatory body confirms the Operator's actions, IMO, it's unrealistic to expect that a court would do the opposite.

Good luck. :good:
