Have you checked with support how long they were valid till?

Support said all free spins are valid for 24 hours. But how we supposed to know if they don't notify us its being added.

I've emailed to ask them - couldn't face live chatting as my experience with CS keeps hitting new lows

As an example, got a reply for example from Grosvenor to a query i had with a prize i won....sent in January-21

You can always live and hope; maybe this one's better but going at 1/3 odds it's not

Why would he sweat. He already withdrew his 1000 £ . Thats already €154 more than the actual prize money. Technically Mr @pinnit2015 is the first and two and a half place winner. 50 euro less than second place and 50 euro more than third place apart from first prize of €1000.

This is second time first prize winner got more than the actual prize. Even for iPhone contest Fieke ended up getting bigger cash because they could not buy him phone.
