A Strange Deposit Anomaly

Recommended Posts

Greetings Community ,

I'm not sure if I'm the only one that has had this issue lately but has anyone else tried to make a deposit and noticed a cloud flare bad gateway error come up ?

and then have issues where the amount you tried to deposit doesn't update in your casino account well this happened to me recently bit of a bugger really and

I'm currently trying to sort it out as its currently lost in space somewhere but definitely the funds left the bank and were transferred to the receiving party .

So yeah bit of a headache .....

Have you spoken to the casino in question about it? I assume it's just at a single casino and not happening in multiple places?

Hey cocopop3011 yes I've spoken to the casino about it their apparently investigating when I was transacting using visa debit 3d secure was processing and

right at the end the cloud flare gateway issue came up got to  say I've never ever had that happen was just curious if anyone else was having that issue its just at

a single casino . Funds definitely hit their bank account so its just a matter of tick tocks but over two days of tennis back and forth so far its like ugh over 32 usd .

Hey @RazorX, happy to see you around again. :)

Hmm, seems like a rare, but certainly not an exceptional, network/internet error  from your bank website's end.  And of that's the case then you can expect a week or two minimum until the so called investigation is going back and forth. :(

Keep us posted and good luck in sorting this out asap.

Cheers ValDes will do ;) and hey I'm always around just haven't been posting as much as I use to in the ole days :D

One thing I recommend is if this happens to anyone make sure your running a screenshot program like lightshot

and hit that button quickly trust me it will save you a headache having to explain things . A lot of places around the

world have been hit by cyber attacks so anything is possible here in New Zealand our Stock Exchange came under

heavy cyber assault at one point its a brave new world apparently .

Something similar happened to me a few years ago at Platinum Play Casino I think it was. Deposited £20 took the money from my account and there was an error. No money showing at the casino and they were adament they never took the money from my account. I was back and fore for a while and I just gave up in the end because it wasn't worth the stress. Logged in one day and it was there.

I hope yous gets sorted quicker.

I have not come across this one even once. I hope your problem is resolved.

502's are quite common i just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time and whats even worse is the place i'm dealing with is starting to ask for "Next level" documents over a measly amount i've deposited like 20 times over it by now 1.5 weeks of handing over bank statements just to asked for an ARN number fact is they received the money and the requests are becoming ridiculous .

Yeah man, I know it could be rather frustrating sending back and forth all these verification and clarification and then further clarification-on-verification emails but this is how it goes and there's little or nothing that could be done to speed up that process I'm afraid :(  Basically You are chasing the Operator, the Operator is chasing their Payment Provider, the Payment Provider is chasing their Bank aaaaand the same chain goes back till you receive a single response. Mind you, even if the Operator (which is the 'fastest' party on that chain without any doubt) is willing to provide ultra speed resolution to your issue, their hands are usually tied by the not so speedy other parties involved into the process, especially the banks...

Patience mate, that's the only sure recipe here. ;)

Oh I know the definition of patience lol ,

Its been a while now but I helped my father with a couple of withdrawals from a casino called slot nuts a few years back one withdrawal took 9 months the other

roughly 5 after :

Hammering their call center located in the Philippines (Cheap labor you see) ,

Emails Back and Forth ,

And a Private Investigator stopping by Malta , the Philippines, and  Costa Rica they actually had an empty office in malta apart from a few computers running

and one guy going back and forth just to make sure everything was running oh yeah this cowboy has been in more than one Rodeo lol . ;)

And speaking of Rodeos I guess I've had to submit a complaint about the missing deposit of 32 usd I've been patient enough I think most would agree

that a bank saying funds have transferred to a merchant is as good as a bank deposit and having to wait 12 days to arrive after being provided

enough evidence to stand on and have a good view at mars from earth means enough is enough and over such a small amount .

Complaint Submitted .

Sorry Videoslots but you got incoming guys and believe me I tried getting this sorted out without having to go to these lengths .

There's a lot of good things about VS but unfortunately not so good.

They're IMO one of the most stubborn casino's about and rarely venture off script - so, for places where if you go onto live chat with that issue, will resolve there and then (or credit the a/c and investigate later which i've seen some do), VS are so dogmatic: i've seen people quote regulations at them, tell them they're breaking them, and all you get is boilerplate responses, taking no regard whatsoever of what's being put to them.

Casino X - issue with 20 deposit and playing NLC games; within an hour 20 quid added back in a/c plus 10 goodwill

Videoslots - despite looking at the game logs and clearing seeing what happened; emails back and forth over a week

Even a few weeks ago - they had data corrupted re KYC data (apparently, or a data loss, who knows). VS? They still let u deposit, but when u go to w/d they said 'we need KYC data'  - really poor form.

Dunno how they are in a complaints process but i imagine there's very little wiggle room with them

Oh, and they ignore decisions of ADR's i've heard/seen of - which is, well, awful.

That's all before you get to their default RTP settings - sure they've cornered the market of  gamification of slots but, compared to say 2015, a lot of their shine has gone off.

A decent look at their AGCCS History is more than enough to confirm some (if not all) of the @pinnit2015words unfortunately. :(

Yes, all cases resolved indeed, but it was quite a fight every time. :)

Still, VS remains one of the real ''authorities'' in this business and I never ever doubt a single word of their statements and/or actions. Wish they could be kinder, faster or at least demonstrate more sympathy in certain situations, but no one is really questioning their amazing reputation and integrity.

I'm honestly baffled as to why they randomly muck around over simple things

Yes there is a lot of good points about them they've hit the nail with payments for winnings 99.5 percent of the time but its just I dunno

can't put my finger on it to be honest but ill try .

I guess there's possibly a communication synergy issue between departments , team spirit issues , rogue elements within the company maybe , and

possibly a lack of presence within the gambling community I know they had Daniel here as a rep for a while until as the story goes he left VS I would assume

he would have been a bridge to the community here at AG ***** i'd have a replacement here just like *click* that but hey that's just me.

And well its a tough one really I thought it through before I proceeded end of the day if one cannot solve an issue on a small scale it begs the question of

continuing down a path that has questionable anomalies .

When situations like this occurred in the past I had the ability to reach out to someone in their loyalty department and get it sorted or I could rely on getting

something rolling on AG but from what I can see there has been a shift in direction not sure if their valuing the customer anymore I think maybe its quantity over

quality that's as far as my thinking takes me.

*rolls eyes* Bitstarz is looking good these days ....

Have you tried contacting your bank if the payment actually went through? It happened to me once that balance was deducted while making online deposit and it was rejected by casino but it still got deducted from my account. Casino refused the refund and later i complained to bank and they refunded saying the payment was not processed. Banks only check if you raise a request. Its not an automated procedure.

They seem very bureaucratic for a casino that's a fraction of the size of your Ladbrokes etc - i'd expect it more of them.

Still active reps across a few forums but you get the impression their hands are tied a lot of the time.

Definitely been more of a disconnect with their customers, kinda started the time they ditched the loyalty department etc: probably an internal restructure of some sort.

Still a decent casino IMO but far from the forerunner it once was. I'd have more confidence in other casinos resolving issues than them unfortunately.

Hey Blackjax ,

Definitely did the whole bank thing the payment was accepted at the merchants end with my bank if the merchant doesn't accept the payment in this case a credit card transaction

it reverses back into the account after a certain period of time VS are quite timely at processing funds in and out I've had three conversations with the bank to determine the exact

nature of the problem .

Yes definitely was a fight and was won now I'm waiting for a credit of 32 usd the whole exercise has me second guessing deposits the amount of mucking around involved over a

measly amount is priceless won't be forgotten any time soon will take ages for my faith to be restored in them.

Their marketing department is very efficient though - they have now added 3 plus days a week of goodies/freebies. Amazing, some shout, but when you look at where these come from (lowest common denominator RTP's, removing many of the wheels for achievements, using the low RTP's for battles (even when you win rewards on the higher RTP game, you redeem using the jackpot version at the lower RTP) etc, the changing of XP requirements and many other things.

Still, good gamification as i said.

You think they're bad, try Grosvenor - they have a weird approach of their promo's are normally good (i got 200 quid of amazon vouchers pre xmas just for wagering 50 quid a day), their other promo gave me 250 quid in cash over a fortnight and many other thing. But when you go onto them to day 'those 25 FS never credited' they make u jump through hoops and wait for weeks until they come back.

Imagine if it was more than 32 dollars? That's enough to make me think twice if it was me - you'd need to call in the UK Brexit negotiators.

Far as I'm concerned all the bells and whistles in the world can be added if I distrust the thing I won't go near it and their about to cross the line

of being not trusted by some others I know and myself balls in their court .

Finally Got the matter resolved but I'm bitter sweet about the thing I just can't even describe how **** ridiculous it was getting this resolved

not going to carry on about it apart from saying thank you AG or should I say A-TEAM :) cheers .......

Happy that this saga came to a successful end, finally. Even happier that AGCCS proved once again to be that ultra effective ''extra push'' that some Operators need in order to do the righty thing and hurry up a bit. ;)
