Hi , so no need to mess with this site , you have to be careful with the money  , and if you want to, you can play free mine field

Feel free to write something that makes sense.

Bit late for the OP but Casumo are now making this intrusiveness their business model  - i'd advise anyone still playing there, particularly the UK, not to bother with them as their current practices are verging on dodgy.

I dont understand why a casino of their stature would want to risk their reputation. If a player has given all required documents just give the player his money.

UK Players suffers the most at Casumo - I have read stories with Lenghty KYC procedures including SOW. On the other hand I always get my money is a few hours. Biggest win there was 4000 euro which took 23 hours to be paid.

This one of the most shocking thing about some casinos. I have come across a lot of reviews and complaints about certain casinos which are really bad and their ratings are quite low. They are criticised for holding payouts, not verifying accounts and cancelling payouts but my personal experience has been amazing. Cashouts in minutes, verification in hours. Sometimes I dont know who to trust. But keeping in mind gambling addiction and how UK players have a status in the gambling market its really hard to take their side.

That's why player protection is oft a two edged sword - you have a regulator that (albeit is OTT in many instances but, to be fair, have been at the forefront of 'good' things like banning reversals and telling casinos they can't impose 500 quid w/d limits etc) adds greater protections, mean that there will naturally be more attempts/or a market to circumvent - game theory basically. Hence the current RG/Gamstop/playing offshore nightmare

Regulators tend to mirror each other unfortunately and some MGA casino's have been getting a bit SOW excited over the last 6 months.

Hard to pinpoint who are the problem: eg if the OP had won that at Unibet it would be in his a/c in seconds; same for Sky Vegas: both, like Casumo, play under the UKGC licence so.....you can't really say that's the GC's fault but rather Casumo's internal policies.

But yeah, depends where you read reviews - i always take them with pinches of salt; Trust Pilot, while sometimes having grains of truth in and amongst the whiney posters ramblings, i'd take with pinches of salt and if you go onto sites who give 888 9/10, you can be assured their reviews are worthless etc.

Bearing mind that folk reviewing casinos on some of these places only tell half truths as well; there may be valid reasons why casinos act the way they do.

IMHO, the ongoing ''processes'' happening at Casumo over the last 12 months are way deeper and complicated than the common SOW-ish BS that a lot of the UKGC licensed Operators are serving to their customers. Look at their AGCCS history for the last year or so and you'll notice they are obviously having troubles with various aspects of their services and not just the fraud/verification vector. Which is a terrible news actually, cause they were one of the top 10 UKGC casinos just 2 years ago... :(

Anyway, sincerely hope Casumo will manage to find the right way out of their troubles and get back to their top position. :good:

Maybe Casumo should take me as their new CEO...I was in the top VIP level some years ago, then I quit when they started their rubbish things! 😜

A quick glance at the GC's report into them tells it all - albeit a few years ago: no AML Reporting Officer, No Procedures, No Training: pretty much as damning as can be: it's of little surprise to see some of the horror stories.  I've seen better publicly funded authorities dealing with this.

That's even before you go into the fall down from having the best CS about to now you're lucky if they reply.

Unfortunately, i can't see them getting back to where they were - can't think of many online redemption stories in the casino world off the top of my head: when you head south, you normally keep going until you hit the seabed.

Which casino offers top VIP these days anyway?

Some hardly offers welcome bonuses to be honest - Maybe 10% cashback, rewards and bonuses offers are slowly disappearing as well.

Being vip at cookie casino and spinia, they offer you a manager who sends you promo emails from time to time, also adds free spins or bonuses. Usually the deposit bonuses are 55% or 100% , free spins are around 30-100fs and the cash bonuses vary from 20 to 50 euros. For some reason, the managers disappeared like they went missing. Bitstarz on the other hand, havent missed a thing. Except the monday bonus of 50%, every thursday i get either a 50% or 100% deposit bonus with free spins from time to time and in case of loss or a good gameplay, you get a bonus every friday which is either a cash bonus which varies from 5 euros to 50 or even 100 euros or even more. And the minimum you can get on Friday is 15 free spins in a game with a 0.50 cents per spin. Still a good thing. These are the good experiences but i cannot lie, i have seen some bad ones from other casinos. The worst one i had was at iLucki. Not because of not getting paid or anything like that, but because of the limited bonuses i get. The ones i ONLY get are free spins for a deposit and winnings got max cashout policy. For example 20fs got 50 euros max win. 50fs got 150euros max win. Honestly i hate this.

I know Bitstarz yes 10% cashback on previous week deposit, win or lose, you still get your 15 spins on cashback on Friday

Wednesday Free Spins offers - 30 spins for regular depositors

Weekend you can claim 630 spins or 100% bonus however minimum deposit is 50 euros.

My only problem now is their withdrawal limits has been 50 euro minimum with all methods.

and as usual 10 minute withdrawal average timeframe.

Yeah I know this, sometimes it took them 4/5 hours to reply to my live chat message- Then I get an email with them responding.

Look at that other player from the UK - long time player at Casumo and made many withdrawals - Hit 13k Bonus on Lil Devil - week or 2 Weeks withdrawal delay with SOW and whatnot. Sure he was pissed off.

You mentioned the biggest turn off, for me while playing at bitstarz. The 50 euro minimum withdrawal. I hate it so much. So many times I lost whole balance just because I couldn't reach 50 . Last time was this weekend. Had 46 euros and lost whole balance. Come on. ☹️

This is harsh! And has always been one of my biggest turn offs too! Such a shame that BitStarz can't lower theirs. When I used to play a lot more regular it was one of the first things I would check. A £50 minimum would more than likely turn me away unless everything else outweighed this huge 'con'.

They used to have it at 20 minimum but they changed it. A year ago they used to have 5 euro minimum deposit 🤗 but they changed it to 20.  Yeah the biggest pro for bitstarz is the 2 minute time frame on withdrawals. Turn on enabled. 🤑

50's far too high - personally i wouldn't cash out less than that anyway but it's not the point, esp if your playing to a 100 cap anyway.

Only one i know of in the UK that has the same is Dr Bet - seem a bit iffy tbh

The likes of Playsunny etc used to be 30 but they lowered theirs to 20 recently.

I agree with you. This is unnerving.
