Unable to load Playtech games on ANY Casino

Recommended Posts

Hi there everyone,

Boy, this is a wierd one..

Yesterday I was doing my normal slotting etc, and I had two weird errors across a couple of sites I use regularly.  The 1st error says "this game is unavailable...try another" and the other one, quite strangely comes up with "Your account has been suspended". I tried several slots, and realised that it was Playtech slots/casino games that wernt working.  I went to another, unrelated casino and the same was happening.  I spoke to Support and they said there was no issue their end or with my account at all.  I have done the usual clear cookies use a different device  etc etc but nothing works!

All other companies games work fine (microgaming, Netent, SG, IGT have been tried and are all ok)

The only conclusion I can make is that Playtech have banned me..Not a casino...Playtech themselves.  I have contacted them for comment, but I thought why not post something here too.

Any Ideas?

Hi there Vulgartrendkill (very strange nick if I may say so 😜).

May I know in which country you are located please? I find it very strange that you cannot play Playtech games.

As far as I know, their games can be played anywhere in the world if available. You're saying that most probably Playtech themselves have banned you...implying that you have had many issues with them or their games before? Can you elaborate more on the circumstances please?

Many years ago, I too got banned by Playtech indirectly...two Playtech-dedicated casinos banned me, on Playtech's request/instruction (don't know which), so I'm not really surprised.

Hi there folks,

I am playing from the UK.  and I have tried, Betfred, Betfair, Paddy Power, Boylesports so far with the exact same results.I have contacted Playtech themselves but not yet had a reply.

Paddy Power have told me that because no one else is effected they cannot help or escalate.  This only started happening a day or 2 ago and it happens no matter where I play.

@Afi4wins To clarify, I haven`t had any other issues with them in the past,  I was more referring to the fact I get the same errors (see attachments) regardless of where I choose to play.

Hopefully I will get a reply because its quite frustrating.

thanks,

It looks to me that your account has most probably been banned/blocked from Playtech games at all European casinos...makes no difference if by the casinos or instructed by Playtech to do so.

There must have been some reasons why your account has been suspended, none of which is clear or mentioned here. Maybe it was due to your regular big wins, or for abusing bonuses, or using certain strategies during your play on Playtech games. My case was due to using strategy with bonuses which resulted in regular winnings, can't remember exactly, but it was in the region of $50,000 USD in that year.

What's the games that you play regularly and on what bet sizes? With or without bonuses?

@Afi4wins may i know that strategy. Please help a brother out.

My dear Blackjax friend, that strategy is already known to Playtech and cannot be used any longer, otherwise I would still be making lots of wins! 🤣

But for everybody's info, here's the strategy (a new ruling is in play since years ago during my time that forbids abuse of bonuses). The game was Mr Cashback. The game pays a 50x cashback for every 50th non-winning spin. It takes a lot of spins to reach the 50th spin (and cashback), so playing with your own real money will not make the profit, except losses. I know cos I have tried it.

The strategy: deposit and take a big bonus each time (must be a 100% bonus or more, or it won't suffice), then play Mr Cashback. Play all 15 lines at first and stop playing on any line that reaches the 49th spin (can be determined by that line marker). Keep that line safe for later cashback 50th spin. Work on the other lesser lines next (from line 15 to line 14, then to line 13, and so on). At every coin size level, you may be able to keep 5-7 lines on the 49th, which on cashback, would pay 50x the line bet for each line. Next, go to the next coin size level and repeat. Repeat for as many coin size levels as you wish. During my time, I could go up to playing 5 lines at $8 per line bet, which pays a handsome $400 cashback per line (but you can only keep 1 or 2 lines at most).

When the last deposit and bonus has been used up (totally zero balance), then make one more real money deposit, no bonus taken, and start playing one spin at each coin size level to activate the 50th spin cashback payout. During my time, I could collect over $1000 with each cashback play, with a profit margin of 150% - 300% over my total real money deposits amount.

Please don't try this strategy now, or the casino would confiscate your winnings!

Certain other games, like Lil Devil for example, would pay a bonus sum upon collecting the required number of icons (40 Hearts), but the payout can be awfully dreadful and not worth chasing the last icon at all. I wouldn't go chasing for this 40 Hearts with my real money, but chasing it with bonus money may breach the bonus rules. So, BE AWARE! 😜

a smart person is one who learns from his mistake but a genius is the one who learns from other peoples mistake.

I will not go for the big wins in one week or so. i will win small small for years and years.

Oh man, if you know how many times I've seen and heard this over the years... 😛

Bottom line (at least for me) - there is no such ''animal'' as a winning casino strategy, period.

Unless your name is Johnny

The first iteration being  MINIMAL Deposits but now the strategy has evolved to only 2k deposits at a time.

Hard to keep abreast of all these strategies.

Almost as if they're not really based on anything.

Probably a good thing - will save you money.

Not played a Playtech in about 5 years - when started off at Ladbrokes i used to play them quite often, now, not so much.

This is out of context to the TOPIC  but

I remember those days when Playtech ruled the market. they had the best games with the most exciting features and then Disney happened . Disney decided to remove all the marvel games which were probably the soul of Playtech. They had  Avengers which is similar to age of the gods,  the incredible hulk (Hercules), x men,  a separate wolverine and so many more. the only best game remaining now is probably mummy returns.  I started gambling on Playtech and they can barely stand in the competition with others.

Nowadays, players are more interested in games that can pay over 10,000x the bet, or with incredibly many winning lines. Megaways games are such. I can't even get a basic 20-winning-lines win, never mind a 117,000 lines win (if at all is possible). That's a once-in-a-lifetime lucky strike the way I see it.

Marvel Super Heroes games were simply the best during its time, plus 4 jackpot prizes to win too. Age Of The Gods (AOTG) games have proven to be a disappointing replacement for Marvel games. I haven't played any of them since trying them out and doing a comparison a few years ago. Will never play them again either.

I will always be at home with my old Playtech favourites that can pay up to 1500x only. That's good enough for me.

You made me so sad and nostalgic about these days.... :(  The old and golden days of all these fantastic  Marvel games with 4 progressive jackpots attached... Cannot tell you how many of my dreams back then were 'featuring' hitting the Ultimate one! :D

Actually, as once an avid fan of Playtech, my nostalgic is even worse now being restricted from playing their games from years... :(

I can live without Netent games, but without Playtech games, I'd go mad, crazy and insane! 🤪

Microgaming's Supe It Up plays at 0.05 coin value now at my local Asian casinos, so I can't afford to play that game as much as I would like, but can still live without playing it.

In other words...may Playtech lives forever! 😜

With Valdes on this one too... Memory Lane at its finest! My first EVER progressive jackpot was Pink Panther then went on to have one on Fantastic Four, what a game! Nothing will ever replace the Marvel games.
