No, my dear, I'm still playing it every day and night, trying out new strategies, and keeping me away from slots as much as possible. When I'm bored, I would play Plants vs Zombies for a change (another madly addictive game).

Try some old classics. Due to the lockdown I'm playing whatever new and old school game I can find. Depends on what kind of game you enjoy. Strategic etc.

My choice of strategy games is very limited I'm afraid. Really want to play Command & Conquer games but the ones that are free aren't to my liking...so I let them zombies eat my brains once in a while!

Honestly i did not have the difficulty finding new games to play. If you got anything on mind i might help you out

Well, I have tried out some other C&C games, plus a few other RTS games, but none were to my liking, not as much as Red Alert. C&C Generals, and Yuri's Revenge are also my favourites, have played them using cds before (Windows 95 version), and these games need those cds to be installed in order to be played again. Purchasing them online would be the solution, but I'm not keen on that option at the moment.

Anyway, if you have any good RTS game to suggest, I may give them a try, but must be freeware, hehehe.

That's great! For a start, can you pass me the link to download the remastered C&C edition please?

If its Tiberian Sun or Dune, I've already tried them but don't like them. I don't like games using robotic armies, preferring the standard human version, if you know what I mean.

Yeah here it is. https://steamunlocked.net/command-and-conquer-remastered-collection-free-download/

It's pre installed for you. You just download it. Extract the files then run the game.exe as an administrator and that's all.

I'm cutting down on my slots gaming by as much as 80-90 % this month, so I'm back to spending lots of my time playing the good old Red Alert game...that, or watching lots of old war and western movies. Keeping myself away from slots for as much as possible, simply because the going everywhere has been quite appalling lately. 

Anyway, just got my best ever score on Red Alert today, after many days of playing it, needless to say, after so many attempts to beat my old best record as well. Now it stands at over 16,000 kills without losing any single unit on my side. Still on-going, still a higher score to come, but never mind, hehehe.

I was wondering when we'd see this game again.  Nice to have a break from slots Afi, and good to see you have a different kind of game to help pass the time

August is almost over (less than 4 hours to go over at my side) and I've kept away from slotting. Only 2 deposits made at 2 Highweb casinos, so total loss for August would be $20. 

In the meantime, Red Alert has been keeping me occupied and busy...now reaching an unprecedented record high of over 42,000 kills without a single loss of my unit...something that I thought would be impossible to achieve, hehehe. No cheat mode in play, just lots of saving and reloading the game along the way. Boring as it may seem, but it keeps my wallet DAMN HAPPY!!!

September is one more month I'd be keeping away from European casinos...playing only at my one regular Asian online casino...so it's Red Alert day after day for me yet again.

This map is a more challenging one, almost impossible not to lose any units, since my base is open to attack at any time, unlike in the Europe map above. But, I have done it again, 5300 kills and still on-going, without any loss to my units! I'd be trying out an even more challenging map after this, hehehe.

The AI certainly isn't brilliant...several weaknesses in it, probably just an old basic AI program, but winning against it isn't easy peasy either. Just as with slots, knowing the game well gives a distinct advantage!

Simulation games aren't my mug of coffee...have played them before, takes too long structuring up, and doesn't need much of skillful strategies either. Anyway, I only have Red Alert for now, so I'll stick with it.

A new challenge on a new map (Brother Stalin). Finally successful after so many attempts against 6 Hard Russian enemies, but still unsuccessful against the max 7 enemies. It's simply 1 enemy too many to handle (couldn't even last for a few minutes!).

Wait until folk bust out the old Commodore 64: Dizzy the Egg, Pitfall, Bubble Booble

BB was a fantastic game, as was the Dizzy series. I've had PS, Xboxes, Occulus's throughout the years but even if i live to 150 and play them it won't reach the hours i put into some of those games.
