Guys!!! There is no point in contacting live chat on the weekend asking them to credit the prizes. 

I have said in the forum and in private messages that the winners list was sent on Friday, the casino are not going to look at this over the weekend. 
 

I’ve already said that prizes will be credited Monday at the EARLIEST.  I’m not sure if I really need to keep repeating myself.

BTW i would like to suggest something. I believe you guys have seen the mbit casino site. They have a live chat where people/players can chat to eachother. We should have that here as well.

Afternoon everyone!

So I just wanted to update you all on what has happened with the 1st place winner.

So, I received a message from a new user stating they were indeed @kayenne23 and that their web browser had completely lost all of their log ins and passwords. This meant that the user could not log into his AG account and could not get a password reset as they did not have access to their original email address either. 

We have tried to link the two accounts but unfortunately with different IP addresses and no other information to go in it has not been possible. I have sent numerous messages to the new account claiming to be the winner to ask them to do a password reset of the email adreess we have registered and to send me a private email from that adress so I can confitm it is the winner. I have not received this or any further replies. 

With that being said I have absolutely no proof that the new member is in fact @kayenne23 and I cannot issue the prize to said user.. The prize will be left there to claim to allow @kayenne23 to reaccess his account or to send me the email I have requested. I hope you all agree that there was no way I can issue a payment without proof. 

In regards to eveyone elses prizes, please let me know once they have been received as the casino has received the information.

mystery begins and verification begins meanwhile I end up on Leo Vegas live chat. @cocopop3011 ALMOST   goes mad  at me

meanwhile @LUCH2020 ends up on our forum has a weird story. writes his entire biography and wants his history deleted

he contacts @cocopop3011 to delete his  post. she refuses and tells him that cant be done.

he edits all his posts. 

@cocopop3011 unleashes her wrath and deletes his post and his entire  existence from the forum.

You can raise this issue with live chat if you still have problems. 
 

In the above case the user told me he doesn’t have access to his registered email anymore so can’t even do a password reset.

what was the deal with @LUCH2020   wanting to erase his forum history. @cocopop3011 ? I missed that part in the saga fiasco. Did he think it would impact his case negatively with Mr Green having his entire story on this forum?

OMG!

The Day is almost half pver and not a sign of the absolutely free money that I did very little at all to earn while being given no guarantee or reason to expect that I would recieve said effortless free money before the day was half over... or... in sweden ALMOST ALL THE WAY OVER!!!! 

 

But I can still complain abour it right?

Never find out if he gets it....Unfortunately you pick up the vibe that, even he does, it won't last long. Taking that money and spunking it on a casino's a pretty good warning sign of an addiction issue. Hope he doesn't do that if he does see a lot of zeros in his bank.

As for the story, the multiple accounts may be an issue but, as Mr G are relatively reasonable in that respect, might not be a big hurdle.

SOW should be easy - they might not like seeing 'loans' of money being used to gamble but they can't take it for that.

Unfortunately, gamblers tend to leave things out when telling what's happened - if it is as he said it was, and nothing left out, i reckon he'll get paid. 

Seemed a pleasant enough guy, probably his head is fried waiting on an email stating if he's getting money that's enough to buy a half decent house, so probably anyone would be a bit jumpy.

Though a good warning to all players that you never know when the luck is on your side and you really don't want loose ends lying about that a casino can make a noose out of for you.

Well before he decided to be rude to Valdes he actually asked if we would add you into our conversation. 
 

Unfortunately, we had doubts in regards to his authenticity and he didn’t like the fact that we questioned him which lead to his actions.
