Bitzstar hold my winning to check with game provider

Recommended Posts

Hi guys ! I have been with Bitzstar for a while and I have withdrawal many times before ( biggest was 20k) and It always smooth. 2 days ago I played various slot and my total wining was 60k. But this time I didn’t see it get process faster like before ( always less than 30 mins for me to withdrawal) so I contacted support and they told me that for big win they need to check with game provider first. And first support said 1-2 days and later on other support and someone called himself a manager told me that there is no time frame for this situation. I don’t think this is right because they never email me about the situation and Everything must have a time frame.  Have anyone been in this situation before ?  I play big bet on slot ( $200 per spin “diamon x7, legacy of dead $30 per spin) that’s why I won big money. It’s not like I hit jackpot or anything. I was very happy with Bitzstar since day 1 but now I’m not confident to bet big with them.

First of all, if ever I play at $30 to $200 bets, Trung, I'd get HUNG! 🤣

I guess there are very few members here that actually play with such huge bets, and also, there has been a few other new members too who had faced withdrawal issues at various casinos. But as far as BitStarz Casino goes, it is a very reliable and stable casino, and you should be getting your payments in due time. Just need to have more patience.

Do they not check with the provider when someone goes on 10 deposits without a win over 20x, you know, just incase somethings not right?

Ah, only when it's winnings. That makes sense.

I think each provider is different but i heard from someone, in the industry, that for say PNG is takes literally 5 minutes to check it (if you really wanted to)

Yes I love Bitzstar from beginning. Very professional and always on time.   But this time I’m little concern about it.

That’s the point. I feel like they delay the wining money so player will continue playing and lose. This is not professional at all and that’s not what I expected from Bitzstar.

I'd still be interested to know what gameplay needs checked at a casino's end (particularly if no bonus) and what exactly is verified with the software provider.

I played last night, over 1000 spins in a game for example, with zero play, musta been about 30% RTP if i was lucky (Beest) - if i went to a casino and said 'hey , can you check with the provider if the game was working/paying out ok/glitches' - believe me, it felt as if i was playing the game with the bonus round removed/10x wins removed, I'd probably be met with 'it's fine, no need to'

Maybe wrong, but i would think it's probably more to do with the bet size here.
